I purchased this hand towel dispenser through Bolo, because I had purchased a similar one a few months ago and have been very pleased with it. However, I am very disappointed with this one! The first one was plastic, which was fine for our garage. It works perfectly, particularly with the towels dispensing easily with no problem. This one is for our guest bath, so I went with the stainless instead of the plastic. It looks nicer on the wall, but the towels will not dispense properly. They get stuck and rip at the end with almost every single pull!!! And I've tried everything... from turning the towels over and over, stacking less towels or more towels, to purchasing different, softer towels. They are not too tight, and even have a little extra room on each side. But nothing works!! They are hard to pull out, they get stuck at either the right or left end, and they rip!!! This never happens with our garage dispenser, and it was much less costly! This is not Bolo's fault, but the manufacturer's. I am so frustrated!

This is the cheapest made paper towel dispenser you will ever find and you will waste many, many, many paper towels if you buy one. The towels snag and tear every time and often when refilling the entire stack gets pinched and makes it impossible to dispense. Getting it to close and latch is ridiculously hard.It's just one of the cheapest pieces of junk ever designed by anyone, anywhere at any time.You show my a piece of junk product and I guarantee this piece of junk can go toe to toe with it in a 'worst product' contest.Just do yourself a favor and just say no.

Dispenser too narrow for standard multi-fold paper towels. Towels get stuck and will not dispense.
