Started skating my first semester to help commute to school and between classes, picked this up after the winter break, and took to it very quickly. Beyond the sensitive remote, it's easy to learn and has a stylish design I feel good carrying around.Shopping for electric boards you'll find that it's mostly a game of tradeoffs, I could spend $200 more to get a technically higher-end board but I'd just be trading off some weight for lower battery life and weight capacity. It's not a trick board by any means but the kicktail gives me added maneuverability and puts it over most other boards in terms of city commuting.In terms of trade-offs, this board is very well balanced, offering the durability, speed, and range of longboard options, with the added utility of the kicktail and convenient handles. Given rough driveways, curbs, cracks, and sharp turns on my commute, there really aren't any other boards I could go to.Nothing else offers the same balance between commuter cruising, maneuverability, and convenience. In my eyes, it's the ideal first electric board.

I need to be honest and say I was a little nervous about buying this to my 13 years old daughter, I was not sure about safety, and how she will deal with it. So I first bought an older version from Jking . It was a smaller and slower one. But after a year she was feeling more confident and I have to admit that she had a really good control on it . Then we decided to buy from the same Brand because everything was just working like expected for a reasonable price.This board with its three different speed modes help make it a safe ride for her everyday considering she can switch up the speed in a second with the remote, depending on the situation. It has a good break system and the battery life is amazing too. The pairing between the remote and skateboard takes 3 seconds and you’re ready to go . It’s been few months now she use it and Slowly it has become an everyday essential for her. She takes it to school everyday, friends house and more.Another really good plus, is the handles on the side (and it was a really good point when I was looking for a new board) because it make it super easy and convenient to carry around and transport but even better to lock it up ( I bought a bike lock that just goes inside the handle) when leaving the skateboard in front of the school, groceries store or wherever. . Overall I really recommend this skateboard .

The Jking Electric Skateboard Longboard is such a great board!! We purchased this board for my son who was on his way to college this fall. We wanted to purchase an electric scooter for him, but he had his heart set on the Jking Electric Skateboard Longboard as his best friend had provided rave reviews. We were skeptical, but boy were we wrong! We are sold on this board and highly recommend it if you are in the market! My son had never used an electric skateboard before but was immediately in love with it as he was able to navigate, maneuver, and ride like a pro in minutes with this longboard. He raves about the easy of use and how great it handles. We loves that he can cruise around campus with his buddies and basically go everywhere and anywhere or switch and accelerate to get himself across campus to get to class in no time. The braking and the ability to go forward or backwards are seamless with the remote control and makes for a quality ride. Finally, The board looks great, wood is great quality, and the color is very cool and easy to carry because of the built in handle. We love that its a high quality item and that he feels stable and safe while making his way around campus multiple times a day. Such a great buy!
