5.0 out of 5 stars High quality feel at an affordable price.
Easy installation, 20 minutes as promised! Instructions were easy to follow. Great looking. Sturdy construction. Works as intended. Flow/water pressure is good, the spray nozzle is easy to use, sensor works great and it has clean lines. Faucet has 3 modes: stream, spray & pause modes. It features 360° swivel, a flexible and smooth pull down and dock design. No issues with fingerprints or watermarks. Battery replacement for the sensor will be a breeze for this because it can come out easily unlike my previous touchless kitchen faucets I’ve had in the past where you have to screw/unscrew the battery case. Very well thought-out design! Overall, this is a great purchase! Love it!
5.0 out of 5 stars Looks and works great! Excellent customer service!
I purchased this faucet almost one year ago and I really love it. It is stylish, looks great in my kitchen. Mostly I love the functionality, the sprayer is powerful and easily blasts away food residue. The pot filler gets a lot of use also, and switching between the sprayer and pot filler is so simple. I could never go back to a standard Kitchen faucet.I want to also give kudos to the companies customer service department. I recently noticed that the sprayer would sometimes be too loose and fall out of the holder and other times it would be difficult to remove. Upon closer inspection, I found that the plastic insert inside of the curve where the hose attaches was damaged which caused it to shift. Whether it was too loose or difficult to remove depended on which way the insert shifted. I emailed the company, Fapully, and was surprised to get a reply the next morning. I provided the additional info and photo of the damaged part as they requested. Within a few hours they let me know they had identified the part needed and asked me to provide the shipping address. I received and installed the replacement part yesterday. I could not be happier with their responsiveness and assistance.
4.0 out of 5 stars Kitchen Faucet -brushed nickel
There are pros and cons. I’ve had it for a couple of weeks and I’m on the fence. Pro: great water pressure. Con: when it’s wide-open water splashes everywhere. The stream is only 6” away from the base. Pro: it’s a solid, sturdy faucet and looks nice. Con: the 360 motion is tight and the sprayer head is uncomfortably heavy. Pro: The sprayer reaches all parts of my sink even though the flexible part is not stretchy. Total length of flexible neck is 19”. The sprayer stream is 9” from base and 3.5” from top of sink. Con: no spray options, spray head sits low in sink and theres an area on the sprayer head that gets hot enough to burn when running hot water. As far as installation, the supply lines were not long enough at only 18”. I needed 4” more because my shut off valves jut out on the floor of the cabinet. I couldn’t just buy new longer lines. I had to use the lines that came with the sink because the connection at the base of faucet is not a standard size. It’s very small. I had to connect their lines to my existing lines. There was no direct line replacement in Lowe’s. Also, It’s kind of hard to tell which side is hot and cold on the base of faucet as well. I spent so much time on the installation that I’m not about to take it apart to send this back for a refund. Maybe I’ll come to love it. Maybe I’ll replace it eventually. If the seller or Bolo reads this - I reviewed this product before I bought it. It’s not helpful to try to read reviews for one product when the whole line of products come up as well. I don’t want to sift through one hundred reviews to find two that are for the model I want to buy. All the products in the line shouldn’t receive one combined ratings.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great looking sink, prompt customer service & product support.
Had to get a replacement for a leaking sink and finally settled on the matte black high arch version. No frills on the packaging, but was foam padded securely. Bolo puts their product box in another a larger slim box, but didn't seem to be an issue when receiving. Took out my old sink, got all the parts together in line as I usually do when installing an appliance.I know a good handful of people said the instructions weren't all that great, but aside from connecting the initial hot and cold lines, popping the lines through the hole in your counter and then putting the gasket , metal gasket retaining ring, then snugging up the column nut, the final step is to tighten 2 small screws which basically act as a lock for the nut. Connect the hot and cold lines and you're basically in business. Some tips- these types of sinks seem to weigh heavy and want to tilt over. This can be a problem if you're installing this by yourself like I was. Use something to prop the sink up as straight as possible when you're on the step of tightening the giant nut. It will save you some effort as the nut won't be trying to force the whole faucet into plumb as it tries to close the gap underneath as it tightens down. When you've hit the point of where that nut is snug, it'll be that much easier to feel out and go from there. Otherwise, you'll be fighting the force of the ring when it's not aligned, yet still has a way to go.Finally got things together, turned everything on, checked all the valves, checked for leaks all was well, OR so I thought. As I was flipping the sprayer head to test, I went to go wrap the buckle that is used to hold it down, which keeps the sprayer valve open fully. Something seemed off, and I looked closer, the little clip hooks where it attaches to the top of the sprayer head was not fully engaged into the holes where it should have been. Unfortunately it had marks/scratches, probably from when it was first assembled, to any movement, me taking it out of the box and installing. The clip as a whole was in the right place, but seemed was not tested to be exactly in the hole.A couple of pictures and a quick message through Bolo to the seller. They are sending me a new sprayer head to replace the scratched one vs taking it all apart and sending the whole thing back in for an exchange. They were prompt in their response and no hassle on fixing the issue for me. So A+ on customer service and product support. It is a little more on the expensive side, cheaper than a competitor on here that starts with K, but same style. They've got a discount going on this one that I just purchased. Overall, I'm happy, it looks good, seems well built and could last a long time. We'll find out.Oh yea, final note, water pressure also increased, so I've got to figure out how to have a splash guard now.
