This headset is amazing. I’ve been using it for nearly two years with no issues. The noise cancelling is great, my kids can be going nuts in the background and my caller doesn’t hear anything. They’re comfortable to wear, only starts to hurt after 7-8 hours and that’s more due to my glasses than the headset itself. I’ve never had an issue with connection (I use the USB Bluetooth connection). If I forget to charge them after a long day, I can still use the headset while it’s plugged into my laptop. It stays connected throughout my entire house, which is super convenient when I need to do something. Best investment I’ve made!

These headphones are great! They’re wireless which makes it convenient to move around while you’re still on the phone. They hold a good charge and also can be plugged into your computer when you need to recharge. The sound quality is good and the headset itself isn’t heavy.

The media could not be loaded. I ordered these because I WFH and my toddler can be loud when she’s around. I tested them and she’s barely ever heard in the background and if so, it’s so faint people think it a dog or something. They work great and I love being able to walk around when I’m not on a call. I wear glasses so I think I needed to get adjusted to wearing the first few months, they would hurt by ear after a few hours of wear, but all good now.The headset recently cracked after about only 4 month of having them, so there’s that :( which is the only reason I’m giving these a 4. I expected them to last longer

edit 3 5/15/23: well i regret that i have to do this... take away the rating again, no hate on support dude, he did what he could, but it seems his tech team screwed things over on him or something... but unlike support mvp i have to take back what i said.. this company clearly doesnt care about its customers if it thinks this horrible backstabbing move was a good change... but i decided i would get this headset again, thought the mic was nice enough to put up with the glitches i knew and grew used to and that i had enough hot glue to modify the headset again...well for some reason now on this newer headset or newer version of it past 5/15/23* as i know of for this model for some reason, when you mute, it makes a constant beep when it notices you are talkingMAKIGN THE BUILT IN MUTE BUTTON EFFECTIVELY USELESS AS THERE IS A CONSTANT BEEP IN YOUR EAR WHEN YOU ARE MUTED AND TRYING TO TALK TO A 3RD or 4TH PARTY OUTSIDE OF YOUR HEADSETand all i can say is WHAT THE F whos stupid worthless idea was it to forcibly, loudly and constantly remind you that you are muted less than 3 seconds after you had muted yourself to talk to someone in person?... you know so sOON AFTER YOU MUTED IT THAT YOU STILL KNOW ITS EFFING MUTED?? (Full name removed for privacy)Edited Mostly Original Review:the quality of the mic is good, love that you can bend it closer to your mouth or away as needed,i have been informed the mic cover is at least removeable so that helps with cleaning it off it you manage to get it messy like a mistimed messy sneeze... but it has pretty decent sound cancling as i have been able to take walks on windy days and not bother people in my voice calls with the wind but(and this is probably my biggest problem with the headset and sadly why i cant go above 3 stars* even if its worth getting again despite needing to hot glue it the moment i get it, but well i gotta hot glue it the moment i get it ^^;) if you have long hair you will need to use hot glue or something to modify the headset as the headband and the head grip thingy on the side(in the picture) has space between them allowing your hair to coil into it if you wear it for long periods (yes even when i wear a hairtie, slight adjustments to recenter my headset will allow the headband(the side with out the ear muff) to wiggle into my hair and get it wrapped up in it) causing me to yank my hair and having to spend time untangling it before i can fully take it off.. oh and the multimedia software is eh, or perhaps i dont have the skills needed to use em since i didnt ever take the time to familiarize myself with their use. but i do know that my videos un/pausing when i connected or disconnected my phone got old real fast unfortunately, and volume control didnt get much use as my videos came out my speakers not headset so it didnt affect the proper volume channels anyway when attempting to to control their sound(tho i understand that is probably partly user error as it probably wasnt programed to expect a differnt audio out put or i was just doing it wrong cause i didnt try to use em enough), but could at least pause the video. tho not sure why it felt the need to unpause pc videos when my phone connected to it, or unmuting my mic when an alarm or timer goes off.

Absolutely love. I work in higher education and have 3 boys and sometimes the job requires me to work over scheduled time after daycare has closed. I just ordered, received and tested out through a practice zoom playing music on 1000 and no type of background noise was heard. I LOVE them. I suggest you RUN DONT WALK

I really hope everybody reads my review. I've purchased 4 of these since I started using many years ago. This is actually an amazing amazing headset. I won't buy anything else. Bit also as I've been using them since they came out I also know a headset was 25 dollars. I left one in a truck and my regular truck that has one in there also is in the shop so I said I'll buy another for the meantime. These were 25 dollar when they first came out. I go to buy another now and says it's 69 dollars????? Whaaaaaat? Granted it's worth it (somewhat) but tripling the cost because now they have reviews and customers is DEAD wrong. If they charged 25 dollars when it first came out then it must cost 10 dollars or less to make. Charging 70 dollars is slimey. I love this headset, it works better than blue parrots. But I also know they are gouging the price. Again, great functionality, phenomenal noise cancelation...I keep buying them. Awesome Awesome headset. But they aren't doing right by their customers now charging 70 dollars for this headset. At the time if this review price is 69 dollars with a 17 dollar coupon off for a total of 47 dollars. They just keep going up in price throughout the years. Please stop. Some of your customers such as myself have principles....I won't keep purchasing if price keeps going up every time I go to buy one.

This headset has lasted me three years of almost daily use, about 7-8 hours per day these were on my head and it took them three years to finally start breaking on me. They still sound and charge perfectly, but the plastic headband is cracked and it's bending at an uncomfortable angle. I cannot recommend this product enough, especially for work use. I can wear it comfortably all day, use the mic for any zoom calls, pause the audio with a button click, and my other ear is free for daily conversations or phone calls without ever removing it. 10/10 product, buying again immediately.
Good value headset for the home office
Both the speaker and mic sound good. Pretty comfortable. Connects very quickly to Bluetooth once powered on. I'm only using for about 8 to 10 calls a day on my home work PC but I wanted to get away from the wired company headset. The bonus was the background noise cancelling; no more turning the music down when a call comes in. Had to do a little fiddling to get it to work perfect on my MS remote desktop but no issues after that.

Excellent quality microphone.
I purchased the headset to use with a Voice Recognition software as the microphone provided was causing multiple issues, the main problem being the background noise. Especially the aircon but also the sound of the keyboard, the clicks of the mouse would trigger some gibberish! Being doctor and having to report quite a lot, it was really difficult to the point I was having to spend more time correcting the VR than reporting!Decided to give this headset a try and boy, it made a difference! The system seems to be completely different! The voice recognition has improved below recognition, good battery life, plug-and-play without the need to get IT department involved to change the microphone (it was a concern as they could've said it is not tested.... ). Anyway, it works a treat! Really happy with the quality of the microphone!As I am not using too much the speaker bit, I will not comment.Smart move buying this, would do it again!
