We bought this for our son for his birthday in March 2023… it worked great and was everything expected! A few months later the 2 pieces that connect the steering wheel to the table broke in half. I reached out to the seller asking how we could get new parts and no questions asked they sent us replacement parts. Very responsive and great customer service!!!

Our son was very excited to receive this wheel for his birthday to complement his xbox series x Forza games. After 3 months, one of the pedals came off. We contacted the company, and while they did respond, they would not replace the unit, only the pedal. When the replacement arrived, it was crammed into a cardboard box with no padding and packing tape was holding the box closed. The plug for the pedals did not fit properly into the steering and gear shift unit, and the pedals did not work consistently. Again, I contacted the company, told them the pedals did not work properly and asked for a replacement unit. They responded that they could not send me a replacement and had taken the pedals from their closet; I am not sure what that means. I asked for a refund and to return the unit, and they told me that would not be possible and to take it up with Bolo. The hassle has been unbelievable. We have now reached out to Bolo for resolution and purchased the Logitech steering wheel/pedals and gear shift. The trouble, time and frustration this poorly built unit and horrible customer service has caused is not worth the $100 we saved by not purchasing the Logitech in the first place. I would never recommend this product, and if I could give 0 stars, I would.

Really good, lots of customization, only forza 4 is uncompatible my only issue is the pedals not completely fitting into the wheel but I managed to fix issue a bit by lifting wheel up with the bars provided, otherwise it is great.

3.0 out of 5 stars **Update 6Jul2022** Gear Shifter Won't Go Into Reverse!
After writing this review, the accelerator pedal began to stop working correctly. So I looked up on YT and found someone who had the same issue with the pedals, he was able to fix his but I was not. So when I heard back from the seller everything went well and both a new pedal and shifter sent. I received the 2d set, after a month of owning it, the accelerator pedal was making noise and the same issues begin. The new shifter works fine. The reason for 3 stars was mainly for the customer service. Even though I received 2 faulty items, the seller issued a refund. Unfortunately the product is not made very well and it saddens me that there wasn't any other resolution other than a refund because this a great product when it does work and is compatible with both Xbox, PS as well as PC. I bought this to use it for ATS on pc and GT7 on PS.I have had this product since March of this year. When I first got the product it was a bit confusing on how to calibrate the wheel for first time use. Once I have found YT guides I was good to go. I do have one issue with this product in which I will be contacting the seller as in how to fix this situation. My reverse gear will not engage. When I test the item in the properties, button #23 does not light up as if not engaged. I know that I am supposed to press down where I would shift into 6th gear to get into the Reverse gear. This is the ONLY issue I have with this product, oh and the poor instruction's that came with the product. Thank You YT'ers for doing what you do. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars.

My 16 year old turning 17 asked for this for his birthday .quick shipment.he's had it for couple months now .sturdy equipment easy to hookup have had no issues.great birthday gift.he absolutely loves it

No sirve el Jack para los audífonos
Estoy pensando devolverlo, no es compatible con una gran cantidad de juegos de Xbox series X, configuración complicada, no especificada en el manual y lo peor es que no se escuchan los audífonos conectados al jacck 3.5mm de la parte trasera, no funciona. Este es el riesgo de comprar en línea 😔.
