5.0 out of 5 stars Good keyboard, high quality

    D. · June 24, 2024

I really enjoyed using this keyboard, it’s good quality, the lights are funky, and has a good typing noise. My only regret is that I went for this model which also removes (or rather moved to 2nd function) the F1 to F12. That’s my fault and should have gone for the TKL model rather.Only gripe is the rgb on the dual keys (so the mute button etc) they are not bright enough. But otherwise good.Oh and for those looking for game integration by default, it’s doesn’t have this. So it doesn’t adjust rgb for specific games like a razer or Logitech does ((rgb API). If you have no idea what that means it is a good indication that this won’t bother you :)

5.0 out of 5 stars Best stock keyboard I've ever used.

I've never written a review for a product on the same day as receiving it, but I was so impressed with this keyboard I immediately bought a second for my nephew and I'm ready to slam a 5-star.This is my first experience with linear actuation or optical switches. I've heard people say this board does a pretty good job with typing -- so that it's useful for beyond just gaming -- and let me just say, that holds true. I'm quite a speedy touch typist (120+ wpm), and I can type as fast as ever with only minimal errors, which should only improve with some more time on the board. I saw some say this keyboard is loud, but it isn't really. I suspect this is from people bottoming out on their key strokes, but if you're a more skilled typist you will learn the actuation point and type much lighter and quieter since the linear switches don't require you to bottom out your presses. When it comes to gaming, wow, what a difference. The smooth strokes and quick response feels like it has lifted the skill ceiling on movement. I can actually dance around with my hand on the keyboard much faster to do the things I want to do, and I feel much more precise. I did not expect a keyboard to make such a big difference, but if you are being bottlenecked on a slower board, then this definitely will make a difference for you as it has for me.The weight of the board is really solid and the key presses are super soft. The RGB looks great and you can assign different lighting to individual keys in the software.Only one gripe so far: ABS keycaps. For a $140 board it would be nice to have PBT, but I knew this when I got it. Still, the finish on the keys is actually very nice and feels much better than your typical ABS caps. The tldr of all this -- amazing for gaming, yet still solid for typing. Super comfy to type on and feels quality.

5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent design and avant garde.

Let's address the negatives. Yes, the keys can "ping" upon press. I don't care. Most of my mechanical keyboards make a lot of noise. I don't need silence, nor do I search for it. Go buy a Brown Cherry MX keyboard and find a product that was made for you if you don't like noisy switches. For the rest of us, these Titan Opticals are fast and responsive. The rebound and response are excellent, and it feels good to type and game on. For gamers, the W keycap has a little bump like your F and J keys for re-centering without looking. Actuation happens before you bottom out like most switches and the linear is great without any feedback until you bottom out. If you need feedback on actuation, Titan Optical is not for you. Choose the Titan Tactile Mechanical or similar. For the person that complained for the lack of dedicated media keys doesn't read the instructions. You can set F9-F12 dedicated to media keys as I do not use those keys on a regular basis (FN+DEL locks out only F9-F12 to media until you set it back). With the mute and volume knob it's great for streaming music or Youtube.Game mode (FN+PGDOWN) locks out windows keys like most keyboards.Overall super happy with it. The only downside (and I didn't take off a star) is the FN+END which turn FN into another windows key works, but you can't revert back without unplugging the keyboard. Considering my K65 Corsair doesn't even give me that option on the hardware side, I can't fault this bug.The Titan Optical Switches are compatible with Cherry MX keycaps fyi as I've swapped some of my Corsair keycaps just to see, but honestly the keycaps are great and I have no plans to swap them. One last note, the RGB lighting is north not south which I feel is pretty standard.Spacebar is 6.25u not 6.5u like most keyboards.

5.0 out of 5 stars Awesome keyboard

The media could not be loaded. I’m not sure what the few bad reviews are talking about. This keyboard is incredible. Visually incredible as well. The software is also great. You can literally change the color And setting of every single key individually along with the type of affect for each individual key. I’ve never seen an RGB keyboard with such smooth lighting affects and customability. You can save your profiles for colors and keybinds for each game you play and will automatically change back to your presets for windows home. I made it so all the keybinds I play with light up a diff color than the rest of the keyboard when the game launches. Also when lighting affects move across the keyboard it changes color so smooth the eye can’t predict where it begins to change. It’s just an incredible smooth affect. It’s also super comfortable and responsive. Idk what people are talking about with the ping being loud because it’s as silent as an inanimate object gets lmao. I don’t here a peep coming from the keyboard. So far I’m super happy with the TKL pro. The nicest keyboard I’ve ever used. The distance the keys travel seem slightly less than an average keyboard, or it could be how linear they are that has no wiggle in feeling. Was nothing to get used to tho. Playing for a day I didn’t even notice it. The keys are slightly curved, comfortable and press perfectly linear. You could hit the very corner of space bar and the whole space bar moves down completely flat and linear unlike an average keyboard.

    Great for what I paid

This is a really nice keyboard. Not only does it game well but it puts on a pretty ccol light show. Picked this Roccat Vulcan 2 Mini for quite a discount. Sad to see that turtle beach gobbled them up for good.

really good but i got unlucky

    Excelente teclado

Muy bueno, versátil, pequeño para llevar en tu mochila, lo tuve que regresar porque lo quería para escribir y no tanto para jugar... Necesito un low profile para esto. Pero para jugar es excelente

    Amazing

I'm disappointed with the build quality given its price tag

    s. · December 19, 2023

Overall, I didn't find this keyboard to be satisfying to work on in comparison to other keyboards. Even gaming was meh. I wouldn't recommend this and I feel like their are better keyboards and under this price point that give a way better typing experience. But to each their own :)My main criticism is the build. It's primarily plastic, thus feels very light and hollow. I really didn't like typing on it all. Given its price point I was expecting a better build quality. My main positive, the RGB is really nice.
