At the beginning I was doubtful of how effective this product could be, but after two weeks it effects.Not only I feel thinner and rested, my friends also see the same. The clothing feels more comfortable and I look thinner. Let' be realistic you won't lose lots of pounds in two weeks, but gradually you can lose those extra pounds. The amount of melatonin helps a lot for a restful sleep. Not only is about looking thinner, but feeling better. I recommend this product, try it you won't lose a lot besides its effect is not expensive. 5 starts for this great product!!! This product really works!! My co workers and friends noticed the pounfs I lost in 3 weeks.The gummies taste is a light berry no side effects. I feel a light not uncomfortable warmth but is easy to go through it. I see the changes in my body structure and my face looks thinner. In reality there is nothing negative even the price is affordable.Thank you for such a good product and for keeping it accessible. Even my co workers are ordering a bottle.

I am currently on a 1600/day diet which means I should be losing 1.5lbs a week. One challenge when you’re in a calorie deficit is insomnia often because you’re hungry. I started taking these before bed and they have been fantastic for helping me sleep and stay asleep. The more you sleep, the more weight you lose. The other thing I’ve noticed is that my morning ravenous appetite isn’t there, and I’ve been losing more than 1.5lbs a week so far. These aren’t a miracle supplement, you have to cut calories but they’re a great support for an existing effort.

I guess it does what it says for the sleeping part - malatonin does gel to sleep better but that’s the only change for me. It takes more than half an hour to kick in so you might want to take it at least 45 minutes before going to bed. The taste of the gummies isn’t the best

I haven't lost any weight but I have lost 2 inches off my waist after taking these for a month. I also started taking apple cider vinegar gummies during the day so not sure if it was the combination but I tend to think these nighttime gummies were what worked for me. They have a pleasant taste.

Great tasting gummies but most importantly they work fantastic!!! Worked for me the first night! I only gave this a try because of the reviews. I have had trouble sleeping for nine years it all started with menopause and nothing worked till now. I am so happy that I am finally able to sleep through the night and I now feel well rested.

I’ve been using these for one week.So far, I have noticed it does make me fall asleep pretty quickly, it doesn’t keep me asleep all night- but I’ve always had that issue. What I did notice is it keeps me from being hungry in the middle of the night. Usually I don’t feel hungry until the next day around 10am.I have felt less bloated. Unsure if I’ve actually lost weight, but clothing is fitting better because I’m not as bloated.I did wake up the first few days, feeling overly groggy. It’s become less and less. I feel more energetic during the day.
