This little teapot is great. The price is excellent. Heats up fast. Water volume is nice realtive to size. It folds up which makes it something you can actually travel with.The only thing we noticed is the petite, convenient size might tempt a person to grab it - but it gets hot so respect that and handle it like any other larger teapot.

Overall, I like this kettle. It's very light, folds down, easy to use, and heats quickly. It says that it has automatic shutoff, but mine doesn't seem to work. I didn't return it though--I'll just make sure to keep an eye on it.

Super impressed, filled with cold water and it was boiling in under 5 minutes.. What a great product! I can't even do that on my stove with a pot. I bought one for my RV and one to stock with my emergecy food prep supplies and bug out bagPerfect for emergencies, for rehydrating freeze dried food, or instant soup Going to place one in my car,this can easilycan be run off my inverter attached to my cigarette lighter.. This would be a great gift for business travellers,truckers, campers, college students dorm room, construction workers,office workers or fellow preppers.

After a little more than a month the plug stopped working unless I wiggled it back and forth and held it a certain way as soon as it lit up. Very disappointing. I missed the deadline to return. I am bedbound and this product gave me a bit of self sufficiency. I was able to make tea, hot chocolate, instant flavored coffee, instant oatmeal. I am on a very limited income and will be unable to replace this for a very long time. Update: June 23,,2024. I pulled this out of the cabinet beside my bed and decided to give it a try again. I was amazed that it actually worked and I was able to enjoy hot tea again. For exactly 3 days. Now it is nothing but a little water pitcher. I am very concerned about this product. For the few days it worked the plug got very hot and a bit of the plastic where you plug it in melted I realize it is not safe to try to use it anymore. As I said in my initial review, I am bedbound. Should it ever catch on fire and I'm alone ...well it is a tragedy waiting to happen. I am on a very limited income and cannot buy a replacement. If course it is long past time to return it I wish the manufacturer had created a more reliable, safer product.
