genuinely makes my hair SO soft. lathers up like a dream, wherever i apply this shampoo it softens my hair immediately after i rinse it out, i can feel an immediate difference. has a salon kinda scent, so much product, even though it’s a bit pricey (for me). and it def makes my hair more moisturized to a certain extent

My hair is over-processed and dry. I've tried multiple "miracle cures" to no avail, and I keep looking. I decided to try the Redken shampoo/conditioner duo. I didn't have a lot of faith but figured to give it a go. After 1 wash I was amazed!I have not used any other product that made such a difference after 1 use. My frizzies were tamed, my hair was shiny, soft and looked better than it has in some time. After just 1 use! I am addicted!It is a bit pricey, but it's worth the price to me and my damaged hair. I have not used a better product. I still can't believe the difference, after just 1 wash. If you have dry, damaged hair, such as I, may I suggest you give it a try. I wish for you the same results as I have had, you will be addicted too.

I ran out of my usual shampoo and just haven't been impressed with it lately and decided to give this a try after seeing a friend with amazing hair uses it.The first wash my air-dried hair looked less frizzy and it was soft. I thought it may just be a fluke and then I washed it the second time and my hair was once again super soft, looked shinier, and looked clean longer between washes.My hair is super thick and every strand feels soft, I'm rather impressed. Hoping to continue seeing good results.

I have fine, straight hair aandI am really picky about shampoo. Haven't used Redken in many years, but bought on Prime Day. Delighted with this purchase. My hair is soft, shiny and manageable without conditioner. Feels thicker and full, but not oily or coated. Smell is fresh and not too perfumed. Definite thumbs up on this product.

Both of my bottles came sealed, which is great. Bolo is an authorized seller for redken, now whether they keep up with the products (ex: expiration, storage temperatures, quality control) I am unsure of, there seem to be lots of negative comments/reviews. I have used redken in the past, yes it made my hair oily on day 2 or 3, but it made my hair the healthiest it had ever been. I am used to a whitish yellow thick consistency, with a beautiful scent. The scent I received is still the same as I remember it to be, but the color.... it was slightly a pink color which I am not used to (could mean it was stored incorrectly or has expired) I will use this product, as long as I have no negative reactions. I have never had a reaction to redken before so I should not this time around unless 1). They changed their formula or 2). Product is expired, was stored incorrectly, or quality has deteriorated, failure due to product abuse.I will update this soon enough, if I have come in contact with a reaction or faulty product. I have also purchased the same shampoo and conditioner for the same price of 33$ off of ulta.com which is also an authorized seller, according to the redken website. I will compare the 2 products (even though the same, from different retailers) (color, consistency, smell, texture, and performance) when the time comes and also give an update as to if you should spend your money getting it from Bolo since so many of you have left me feel uneasy about my purchase and Bolo has no comments to be heard from. Check the expiration before use, and patch test 24-48 hours before use to be safe.Update/use 1: no negative reactions, smelled great, felt great, made my hair soft like always. I did notice dandruff? I've never had dandruff but I don't know if I had it before I washed my hair with this or just after because I don't pay that much attention to my scalp. I will updated tomorrow or in a few days, whenever my next wash will be and then again for the third use and comparison to the same products I've received from Ulta.com.Update/use 3 and comparison: use 3, still no negative reaction, I figured out it wasn't dandruff but product buildup on my scalp because I'm used to using conditioner on my scalp as well since my hair is dry. I made that mistake the first time but I changed it with the 3rd use and no more product build up or greasy scalp since this is a very moisturizing product. I received the same product from ulta.com and they are identical, smell color, texture, thickness, etc. Both are within the expiration, and after opened they last around a year, unopened 3 years. I patch tested both. As far as I can tell this is a good product and good seller. I may have been lucky, so still patch test, and check expiration and seals!

I have straight naturally oily hair and tried a lot of different shampoos that wouldn't make my hair greasy the next day. After using this shampoo for a month i have noticed my hair is less greasy and am able to go a little longer in between washes. My hair has also gotten visibly healthier and is shinier and softer with less frizzness at the ends of my hair . Great Product!

I recently colored my hair a few weeks ago, they recommended me to use Olaplex shampoo and conditioner which I was using for about two weeks. My hair got completely dried and was more tangled than ever after showering and my scalp began itching. This was just my experience with the brand and had to look for another one when I came across this one. Immediate results after ONE use, my hair completely changed its texture and is way more hydrated than its ever been!! I am able to run my fingers through my hair so smoothly with no tangles whatsoever and talk about SHINE. I typically pair it with the all soft conditioner and the all soft argan oil. It has overall changed my hair to more healthy looking so if you're debating to buy, just get it. You won't regret using the whole 3 set!!!
HOLY GRAIL
This shampoo and conditioner combo is life changing - I know how dramatic that sounds, but since having babies I have had frizzy, but thin/fine hair and it's so difficult to manage, but this has truly made the biggest difference. My hair is SO soft (like a baby!), shiny, it MOVES, and it smells so good and makes my hair feel so clean. I love it so much I could cry. I just ordered more Redken products to try as well. I'm hooked!
