As others have pointed out, the lights provided are not really bright enough to stop action when the model or item is moving. Useful for portraiture and small product, but full-length fashion or other moving subjects, probably not.Also, this kit is not suitable for professional use. As a former commercial photographer, this equipment will not stand up to the rigors of constant and more demanding use.All that said, this kit is perfect for lighting small products and the like. Features that I found especially helpful:-Boom and counterweight bag. Being able to light something from overhead with the stand off to the side is important, and a little pea gravel in the bag should provide the necessary balance.-Remote controls. Very handy. A few tips - get the remote as close to the light you are adjusting as possible to avoid commands spilling over to the other units. Also, these don't work well from behind the light boxes, probably due to the metallic reflective lining. One unexpected bonus - one can adjust the color temperature in small increments in addition to the quick warm-daylight-cool settings.-Background stand system. Useful crossbar length, and the three background cloths are a nice addition. The stands don't go up very high though, so shooting from a low angle could be problematic. Part of the "not suitable for full-length fashion" critique.-Light boxes assemble easily.It would be easy to knock this product for the small stands, plastic parts, and overall lightweight build, but when one considers the price point and overall thoughtful design, I think a five-star rating is appropriate. Also, when I look at products like this, I appreciate the fact that people somewhere are laboring for very low wages under probably boring and maybe even dangerous working environments to produce them. I appreciate that, and think it's not helpful or appropriate to review items like this as if they were charging a lot of money for them.To sum up; great for amateur small product and maybe close-up portraiture. Full-length subjects and professional use, no.

Good lights but..
They are bright and do an amazing job but they come with 3 remotes and no batteries and they are a bit short not looking for monster size Hight but maybe a little taller but other than that its okay

Excelente Iluminación
Muy buena opción para trabajos de iluminación continua en pequeños estudios de fotografía. Las bolsa de traslado si es frágil pero bien muy bien empaquetado.

Son excelentes si lo que buscas es unas luces para iniciar, tienes que tener un lugar donde puedas controlar toda la luz de el lugar para tener un buen resultado, recomendado si quieres luces a un bajo consto y estas empezando.
