I wanted something to help me stay hydrated that didn’t have sugar but still tastes good and refreshing. The clean ingredients had an instant impact and I felt better and hydrated. I wasn’t too impressed with the taste and wanted to try a different brand with similar ingredients and price.I tried Truwild’s watermelon lemonade and actually love the flavor (despite 0 sugar OR stevia). It has also mixed in a lot better.These are hands down the best all-natural electrolytes that I have found and need them during every workout or day in the sun. Would highly recommend either option depending on taste preference :)

Love this hydration drink so much. Flavor is perfectly balanced. Powder looks weird at first but mixes well. The ingredients are super clean. Great post workout or when you just want something other than water. It’s expensive but I find the recommended 1 tablespoon is a lot and tend to use only 1/2 a tablespoon in 20 - 30 ounces of water.

Update: I bought a second bag and it just tastes too super sweet with the stevia extract. I get a headache sometimes after drinking. Goodonya, I love this powder but ask to remove the stevia pretty please so I can continue ordering a clean electrolyte powder! Dissolves well. Tastes like fresh lemon water which is lovely. Clean ingredients and nothing artificial. The one thing that I would change about this is the stevia that’s added. Stevia can have negative side affects in the body. Replacing with a monk fruit sweetener would be a better option. The stevia makes it too sweet as well. Many other reviews I read say the same about the sweetness. I double up the water that’s suggested to dilute the sweet flavor. Love Goodonya and supported them for many years when I lived in San Diego!

I wanted to love this product, but unfortunately it gave me severe GI issues. I would rather just drink water and not have to run to the bathroom 5 times a day.

I thought the taste was excellent. However, my children did not like it at all. It is easy to use but does not dissolve well after stirring with a spoon.
