I absolutely love this com system! I bought these for our office to communicate with our workshop and they are the best investment. These make everyday tasks much more efficient and so much easier. I had one of the six come defective with the power outlet not working correctly, the customer service of the seller company has been OUTSTANDING!! Very polite, understanding, and eager to remedy the issue. I would highly recommend buying anything from Great Box Limited.

Don't waste your money. These intercoms are cheap and do not work well. They stop working less than a month into minimal usage of the product. They make obnoxious noises during usage and make a irritating humming sound while just sitting and not being used. I can't stand these!!

Very disappointed
Very disappointed.I purchased this item in Sydney, Australia. It was shipped the following day and arrived the next day with USB plugs for North American electrical sockets !!!! How ridiculous- what a waste of time and money.
