It’s nice to use for baking, especially pies as it eliminates rolling the dough too small for the dish. Good quality, easy to clean and store. It’s not short on size, which is really nice. It helps eliminate some clean up. Nice material, lays flat even after rolled up to store.

I needed a better work surface for making/shaping my bread. I’ve only used this a couple of times but I love it! It does a decent job of sticking to the counter beneath it (could be better depending on the texture of the surface) and it makes cleanup super easy. I also love that I can fold it up to store it when not in use, taking up very little space!

This mat makes rolling out dough so much easier. It’s really light weight and I like how it has measurements on the side and in the middle for pizza .this is really helpful to have in a small space, I have no counter top space so I just put it on top of my stove to roll my dough and I don’t have to worry about it melting or getting damaged because it’s heat resistant(my stove top gets hot when the oven is on)and also protects surfaces from getting dirty . I like the overall appearance it make me feel like a professional baker lol

I got this mat because I liked the BIG size. (At the same time I purchased a different brand of a smaller size for--no duh-- smaller projects.) I do like the big size. The mat does grip the counter so that it isn't shifting around all over the place. It is very easy to clean and even dries fairly quickly so it can go back into storage. What I DON'T like about it is stuff sticks to it. I thought I would be able to roll out pie, biscuit, or cookie dough without having to use handfuls of flour, but no such luck. Where there isn't enough flour under the dough this mat sticks even more than my old Tupperware mat did. (Updated review) AS A BAKING MAT: So, I first reviewed this mat after I'd tried it out in August 2021. Since then I hadn't used it often because it wasn't great for rolling out pie or cookie dough. A couple of days ago I pulled it out to decide what to do with it and discovered that folded in half it was almost the exact size I needed for my largest/favorite baking sheet. I used my rotary cutter to cut off a border and then cut the mat in half. Then I used a mat half to bake some chocolate chip cookies. The mat worked great! The cookies baked evenly and were easily scooped off the sheet with a metal spatula. Since it is somewhat tacky on the bottom, the mat doesn't slide off the pan like parchment paper tends to do. The mat has a nice thickness to it that allows me to -- now that I've cut it in half-- prepare one set of cookies on one mat while baking on the other (which wasn't as easily done on thin parchment paper). I'd already been considering purchasing a silicone baking mat, but was reluctant because I couldn't find the correct size for my baking pan. Now I have TWO the exact size I needed. Since I use copper grill and bake sheets for baking everything else, this (these) mat(s) will be used strictly for cookies.

I absolutely love this mat. I just Rently started my baking journey & am starting to make all of our snacks myself. Before I got this Matt I used parchment paper to roll out my dough & it kept sliding around & moving on me. This mat stays in place & I know I have a clean flat surface to work on. Last night I made cheezit crackers & having this mat made it so much easier. I was able to roll out my dough, section the crackers & cook all on the mat. Loved that I can put it in the oven & it is so easy to clean.

For wat it’s worth, it’s great! It stays put and does not slip! Really light and not too expensive for a good quality and great texture. And it looks good, and as long as you keep it clean it won’t smell!

I already had one. But seeing the product and the reviews on the net made be buy this one too cause it is said to be very large. But received regular size like the others available. The product is good but thrice costlier then available with same size
