First off, I hope to never add to this review how they work, I don't ever want to have to use it! However, I think it's a great addition to the safety items. I keep one in my kitchen and one in the basement. Also gave one as a gift for my parents' camper. Fire extinguishers are great, but need maintenance. These blankets do not. They won't expire, aren't inhibited by hot or cold temperatures for storage, and don't need to be recharged. Sure, you're limited to a small fire for them to be effective, but hopefully in any case you catch a fire when it's still small. It's slim design makes it easy to store, and you can hang it from a hook on the wall. I think it's smart to have in any kitchen, camper/RV, or even in a car.

I bought these to have “just in case”!! Keeping one in kitchen and one in our bedroom. Hopefully we will not have to use them. They come in a nice bright red pouch with a grommet to hang so they will be easy to find. Seem to be a good quality with good directions on pouch. Apparently they last a long time.

These are larger than some other brands. I have not had to use them and hope I never do but the 4 pack gives me peace of mind in the kitchen, garage and on the deck and a great value. I highly recommend these.

I watched the videos and read the reviews, In my opinion everyone should have one. We haven't needed to use it and hopefully we won't need to. This was a small price to pay for peace of mind. Instructions are clearly stated, it has a small footprint and we keep it in the kitchen.

This is our second order of this product. On our first order, we gave one to our daughter and kept the second one. We only had them for about a week and used ours to put out an outdoor grill fire. It worked very well and probably saved our house from burning down. This product is well worth the money and we are super glad we purchased it when we did.

Excellent product, very happy with it. I hope I never have to use it, but after testing it out (pulling it out and putting it back in), I found it very simple to use. It's very sturdy and looks really nice in the kitchen. Definitely better than a fire extinguisher! Highly recommended, and I also recommend getting the Prepared Hero fire blanket hooks that come in a 2 pack.
