Gorilla Tape has taken duct tape to a new level. This double thick adhesive tape surpasses ordinary duct tapes, making the list of uses virtually endless. Made with double thick adhesive, strong reinforced backing, and a tough all-weather shell, it’s the biggest, strongest, toughest thing ever to happen to duct tape. Gorilla Tape is manufactured with a highly concentrated rubber based adhesive – two to three times as thick as traditional duct tape. The result is a tape that fills gaps and penetrates rough surfaces. It sticks to rough and uneven surfaces, including wood, stone, stucco and brick, that ordinary duct tapes can't hold. To us, it’s made the way tape should be: The Toughest on Planet Earth. Directions: Use like any other tape. Tear Gorilla Tape by hand or cut to size with a knife or scissors. It is important to clean the surface and brush off any loose particles and dirt before applying Gorilla Tape. Apply the tape carefully, smoothing out any pockets or rolls. That’s it. Enjoy the strength and durability of Gorilla Tape! To retain adhesive quality, store Gorilla Tape in a cool, dry place. Keep out of direct sunlight. Try storing the tape vertically (rather than laying flat), on a hook or on wax paper. If you have multiple rolls, keep your excess supply wrapped until they’re needed. Gorilla Tape works best at temperatures above 32°F (0°C). For best results, always apply the tape at room temperature. If Gorilla Tape freezes, it will work just fine once it returns to room temperature. Gorilla Tape can be removed, but with some difficulty and it may leave some residue. To remove any excess residue, we recommend using the tape itself as a blotter. Gorilla Tape should not be used as an electrical tape. We’ve found that Gorilla Tape will last a lot longer than regular duct tapes when it comes in contact with moisture. I used it to seal a long crack in my ABS car top carrier. The tape is so sticky. It’s hard to peel from the roll. It sticks really well to the carrier, and I am optimistic about it holding up and keeping water out, very heavy duty by the feel of it, well worth the costHopefully you can see the tape on the top of the side of the carrier. It blends in well. I’ll report back after I see how it holds up at 70 mph for 20 hours.

Gorilla products are known for being strong, and this tape is no exception. I have a Foxbody Mustang, and the trunk liner panels are plastic shell pieces with thin carpetlike material over them. After 30+ years of abuse, they were cracked in many places. You couldn’t see them cracks for the carpet, but it made them weak and not fit into place very well. I needed to create a support on the back to hold them together while still allowing some flex. I forgot to mention previously, nobody makes aftermarket pieces, so you have to restore your originals or try to find better ones in a junkyard. I opted to restore mine. This tape was perfect! The panels are held together well now. I then put Dynamat material over the Gorilla tape for added density and sound deadening.

I have a plastic, hard-sided suitcase that was overall in excellent shape and was only about 5 years old, was used maybe 10 times, and the plastic strap/hinge holding the two suitcase halves together was starting to break. The suitcase doesn't have a traditional hinge, just a plastic piece that flexes when the suitcase opens. The rest of the suitcase was perfect inside and out, just the flexible hinge part was starting to break, so it was a shame to throw out an otherwise perfect suitcase just for that!I bought this super strong, extra wide Gorilla Glue black tape and put 3 pieces of tape over the broken piece, all the same length, one on top of the other, to make it triple thick so it would have some durability and strength as the sides of the suitcase are pretty heavy when it's full and I didn't want the tape to tear. It really sticks strongly to the plastic suitcase and seems like it's going to hold up well, although time will tell if that's the case, but it seems like it's sticking on very well.The adhesive on this tape is really strong, it's difficult to pull a piece off the roll, and if it accidentally folds over and sticks to itself, that piece of tape is ruined! There's no getting it un-stuck from itself, the adhesive is just that strong and super sticky.I'm hoping it fixes the suitcase for another several years!

This stuff is so strong it takes one person holding it and another to pull to get a piece off to use. Fantastic! Finally used up my first roll and hurried back for another. By buying the widest one, I always have a piece big enough. If I need smaller, I cut what I need and leave the lest stuck to the roll. Waste not, want not. Outstanding product. Some jobs I have used it for were repairing my husband's black guitar case, his task chair for the computer and the mat I stand on to wash dishes. It had come to holes and was loosing stuffing (that was to cushion for your feet). I covered it with this and it lasted so long. I didn't keep track to know for sure, but I think over a year, very possibly more. When it was showing wear, I did it a second time and it's till going. It never stopped working.

This was not easy to find but finally found on Bolo. During recent epic rainstorms with water gushing through our double swinging doors, this was the only product that saved our home interior wood floors from being destroyed. It sticks to stucco and even very minimal damage to painted stucco when removing .It attaches so strongly and withstand high velocity rain . Suoerior adhesive waterproofing. Not easy to apply as it has a clear cover you need to peel off and apply to stucco but it’s worth it. Also takes about 2.5 rolls to cover a standard size Have gone through numerous brands that all failed and jerked off of the stucco surface before finding this version of Gorilla tape.
Awesome stuff
This stuff is incredible. Sticks to pretty much anything. Great to have around the house. Better than regular duct tape all day long. Use it wisely as it’s fairly expensive.
