I do a lot of baking. Several of my family members need to have "no sugar" treats for health concerns.This brown sugar substitute is great for cookies, cookie bars, and cakes.I do a lot of oatmeal cookie bars and this works wonderfully in those.A NOTE ON TASTE: No weird aftertaste per se, but I have noticed a cooling/wet sensation in taste, but not in texture. Almost like a dissolving into a coolness in my mouth. But that has not been unpleasant.

This is a product I buy and keep on buying. The flavor is the closest I’ve found to actual real brown sugar. I use this every day in my coffee. Definitely worth trying, It’s delicious.

I wanted to try Truvia but I am a Splenda user mainly. I don’t mind Truvia, but to me it has an aftertaste - not significant, but I know it’s there. In baking or other cooking dishes this Truvia product is fine and works well, but I wouldn’t use it again just due to personal preference.

Being pre-diabetic, I'm trying to reduce the sugar in my diet -- it seems to be in everything!I've tried them all - Splenda (sucralose), Sweet n Low (saccharin), NutraSweet (aspartame), Lakanto (Monk Fruit) -- and many more.Most of them don't even offer a brown sugar substitute -- but Sweet Complete does. And hands down, it's the best sugar substitute I've ever tried. I use both the white and brown versions now and love them. There's no chemical or other aftertaste (coconut sugar tastes like bark) -- and honestly, I think Sweet Complete tastes just like sugar. That's saying a lot.Highly recommended for anyone, whether you have a blood sugar problem or not. We Americans get far too much sugar in our diets as it is -- which contributes to obesity, heart problems, and health issues.

boy this is pricey, but tastes great when needed for special occasions and not wanting calories or sugar. Bakes well and great in oatmeal

This product is just like regular confectioners sugar. It looks, tastes and mixes just like the regular version. Makes up into a nice glaze and is great sprinkled on strawberries. No funny aftertaste. Just a very reasonable substitute for those of us not wanting or able to use standard sugar.

The taste was great, but I’m not sure why, my body does not react well to it and it made me very very gassy and bloated. I gained some water weight with it too from what I saw. It dissolves in some stuff but be warned that it will make you feel bloated and probably very gassy if you use it as a sugar substitute.
