This camera doesn’t need WiFi, it was easy to set up. The camera quality is really good. I couldn’t commit to spending so much money on a camera until I gave in for a more affordable one. And 100% worth it. The only thing is it picks up a lot of sound, even sound that’s not in the same room sometimes. I’m not sure if that’s a good thing or bad.

Camera needs to be back far from the area to be viewed - like 5 feet to get a 2 foot square area. We are using it to watch puppies in a whelping box so had to fit it to the top of a camera tripod to see the whole area. picture is not smooth like TV it's a little jumpy. The mic works great. It will run all night on the battery and then need a charge. Since the whelping box has hard sides we can not see through we use the tripod and have the camera on the end table by the couch to keep an eye on them. We have the monitor plugged in all day and then unplug it at night and move it to the bedroom. The sound will wake you up. Screen is bright at night an easy to see the night vision - kinds in grey scale. In the end it does the job.

The quality of sound is actually great. I really appreciate that it drowns out the sound machine I use. The levels of volume are distinguishable. The video quality is good enough for me to see baby breathing. There is only 1 zoom feature which I do find weird, but the normal frame isn’t wide, which isn’t totally necessary.. so as long as you’re able to set it up at a good angle it’s fine. Camera angle can’t be adjusted from monitor, you have to manually move the camera, however adjustability is really good. Night vision is superb.All in all, I recommend it.

I absolutely love this baby monitor!!! I love that it doesn’t use WiFi or a phone app so the camera can’t be hacked!!! I love that all you have to do to make it work is just plug the cameras in and plug the monitor in to charge!!! I love the distance I get with the monitor after it’s charged and love the battery life on it as well!!! My daughter is special needs and has a trach and is hooked up to a ventilator and pulse ox monitors and oxygen machine and I’m able to leave her room now and fix me something to eat and clean my house when I don’t have nurses or her dad here to help me because he works long hours. The volume is clear and loud and picks up beautifully!!! I’m even able to walk my dog and take the monitor with me so I can still watch her and listen for her equipment to go off while I’m walking my dog or doing other things around the house!!! Love the picture quality and the fact that night vision is clear and comes on automatically!!! Highly recommend getting the two camera option instead of just the one!!! Love that I did and can watch and easily flip between cameras!!! I also love the talk feature on it. I can sooth her over the camera if I’m busy until I can get into her room to her!!! My voice is clear and doesn’t sound robotic or static like!!! Love that it’s easy to use and everything!!! I highly recommend this product to any parents out there especially those who are worried about cameras being hacked and being spied on by the outside world. I know that isn’t possible with these cameras and I am so appreciative of that and can rest easier because of it!!! Video and audio is clear and not grainy or fussy!!! Love the portability and functions!!! It even plays soft music if you want it too and I love that there’s no lights on the camera to know it’s on or working or in night mode so it doesn’t keep my kid up at night!!! Wonderful product and will be getting another one as a gift for friends!!!

We didn't think we'd love this monitor but it's truly perfect for what we need. We've never had connectivity issues and the image is great and sound detection also. I like how it has different bars for sound detection so that we can leave the volume lower but can tell when our baby may have woken up or is crying louder than just a typical newborn startle reflex.
Great for more than one child
Love the options to have one camera view, two camera view, or rotating views (every 10 seconds). The large screen is great.

Exceptional Monitor with Great Features!
The VTech VM923-2 Video Baby Monitor has been outstanding! The 19-hour battery life is impressive, and the long-range coverage provides excellent flexibility. The two cameras are perfect for monitoring multiple rooms. The only improvement I’d suggest is a slightly higher resolution for even clearer video, but overall, it’s a fantastic product that delivers on its promises. Highly recommended!
So far, so good!
I love that it is local access only, so little hacking risk. The ability to move the camera remotely is also a game changer. Battery powered receiver means I can move it quickly and easily around the house without futtzing with cables. It reaches my basement office from our bedroom on the first floor (and other side of the house) easily. Resolution might be a little low, but for the price point you can’t go wrong.

Literal lo que buscábamos, un aparato que tuviera pantalla que no fuera la del celular justo para que no interfiriera en llamadas o actividades, tiene buena resolución y excelente sonido, aparte que puedes mover la cámara desde la pantalla, me encantó
