I purchased in August 2023 and would give that 5 stars. According to the label it was magnesium glycinate. The picture of the current label shows a combo of magnesium glycinate and the much cheaper and more difficult to absorb magnesium oxide. Rough shape and bad quality
Bottle was in Bad shape and the capsules aren't (Solid) literally have powder residue on my fingers when taking out a tablet
