I have been using Tens machine massagers for my back, neck, knees and even my feet for years. Although I have pain mgmt through my Doc, I use my TENS when the pain medicines fail to help. For such a tiny device it's very well built and the battery lasts a long time. It's easy and quick to charge with the enclosed USB charger. I love all the massage functions and the ability to choose your degree of tolerance. I'm in a lot of pain, so I usually have every function on the highest setting. You can set the TENS to be on from 10-60 minutes. Whatever amount of time I use it for it always makes me feel much better after. I recently bought 2 TENS - one for home and one for work use. I also buy them for friends and relatives at Xmas - everybody has been happy with their gift! Your massager comes with a manual, pads of different sizes, a special collection board so the pads do not dry out, a carrying case and plenty of electrical wires to usesingle or the double port in the TENS machine. Very portable. Extremely effective. You will wonder what you ever did without it!

It significantly improved my sleep quality and helped me through an 18-hour VBAC labor without changing batteries or interventions, particularly for managing back pain due to my baby's posterior position. I placed the pads along my bra line and hips, using a low intensity between contractions and increasing it during peaks.While I had to purchase new gel pads for labor, the device's ease of use and intuitive design make it a great value. The battery life is impressive, lasting several sessions between charges. The device is portable, fitting in the palm of your hand, and easy to pack without taking up much room. The electrode pads are comfortable, even during long sessions. It continues to help with postpartum back pain, aiding in relaxation. Despite the lack of instructions, it's easy to figure out. Hospitals rarely provide such machines, so having your own is a great advantage.

Wasn't sure what to expect with this, usually these kinds of things don't work too well. But this lil gizmo actually was easy to read and understand the directions, and does have many mode choices and even has a very strong intensity option. Was pleased with its functionality and choices, especially with catching it on sale during Prime Day, would recommend it and even get it again as a gift for someone.

I used a tens unit 28 years ago. The transmitter was a beast in both it's size and in it's consumption of batteries. You almost had to have a degree in kinesiology to be able to program it. The cost was in the hundreds. This item amazed me. It's small footprint is amazing. Charging is a snap & the battery lasts and lasts! Programming is simple. The icing on the cake is that it works to reduce my hip pain. If you follow the instructions for the care of the pads, they certainly will last for 10-15 sessions. When I take the pads off, I take them to the sink & run cool water. I wet my finger and spread the water on the gel. Then I place them back on the original plastic backing they came with & place them in a zip lock bag. 28 years ago you paid an arm & a leg for the patches. Replacement patches for this unit are a deal, especially when they are on sale! If this item is appropriate for you in the management of your pain, don't hesitate to make this purchase!
