I have been dairy free for the past 8 years and ordered this product as a means to hopefully reduce the hassle involved with using raw cashews and finding suitable alternatives for dairy products. This product is super awesome and I totally recommed for anyone, dairy free or not! You can whip up cashew milk or cashew cream in seconds and in the exact quantity that you want which I think is super helpful. The product is also shelf stable which makes it easy to not waste any product, which I personally love. Dairy free products can be soooo expensive, filled with gums and additives and the quality can be inconsistent. There is ONLY ONE INGREDIENT! AND YOU DON'T HAVE TO SOAK CASHEWS! I've included a pic of my spicy vodka pasta and I substituted heavy cream with a homemade cashew cream base using the Mr. Dewies Cashew base, and it rocked!

This stuff is great! However the seal was broken, it smelled rotten, and it had dumped inside the box.

Typically, I have to soak cashews in hot water (which can add an additional 30 min of cooking time) when I want to make my favorite vodka pasta sauce or spicy cashew salad dressing. But this cashew paste eliminates that step and really speeds up the cooking process. It's so easy to use, makes for the prefect rich, creamy base for so many dishes!

It’s just sweet tasting :-/ only downside for me personally. I guess to the almond milk novice, it would be absolutely delicious for that reason!

I’m such a fan of this cashew base! I’ve made many vegan desserts using cashews so this is perfect. So nice that I didn’t have to soak the cashews, saved me so much time. Last night I made cashew milk chia pudding! SO GOOD!! I’m sending this stuff to all of my friends for Christmas.
