We have an older hobby vehicle that tends to sit for long periods and need a jump. Even with a completely dead battery, this device started it right up no problem! You get multiple starts from one charge, too. Very easy to use and feels safe. I think everyone should have one of these in their vehicles, it's so much better than jumper cables for so many reasons! Easier, safer, and don't need another vehicle. Alternator goes out, you can still jump your way to a destination in many cases. Well worth the money and this is a reliable and user-friendly brand.

This seems to lose its charge quickly, maybe after a week or so.Meaning if you charge it full, put it in your trunk, and expect it to jump you after a month in the trunk, you're going to me SoL.Works great when full charged.

I have a high speed (27 watt) usb charger for my cell phone, and I used it to charge this unit. Under 2 hours.This device then instantly started a vehicle with a dead battery that had been sitting in 15-degree temperatures this week.Well worth the cost, for the convenience and time-saving in case you need a jump start. And, eventually, you will need a jump start.

Easy to charge and use. Much easier than maneuvering another car nearby for a jump. Also saved me when our boat battery died in the middle of the lake and was able to jumpstart the motor.

The item is supposed to come half charged, except mine came with no charge and i will not charge! The battery was brand new in the original packaging and plastic. I tried everything you can imagine and even reached out to their customer service which replied quickly but in a less than helpful way with suggestions that weren’t helpful and were things I had already done (make sure it’s plugged in (DUH), unplug and plug back in, try different outlet, different charger, etc) all of which I had already done. I was really surprised it was this big of a problem since this was an expensive item and well reviewed. When I looked online in other forums I discovered this device has become somewhat notorious for being “totally dead” to the point that no commercially available charging cord will be strong enough to fix the problem. I left it plugged into a a 108W USB-C super charger for more than 24 hours and nothing worked. Scary when you consider this is a BATTERY that you rely on to save you in a tight spot when your car battery dies. I am returning and trying another company.

It took me a while to write this review because I wanted to use it first. I have jumped a stranger's car, my wife's 96 Roadmaster and my F150 on a single charge. All fired right up once it was hooked up. This thing really works. The most difficult part of the process is popping the hood. It is a snap to recharge and holds a charge for months. I got the optional case - strongly recommend it as it holds the charger and instruction book. Have yet to try it on my bass boat. As one who has had to dig through the trunk in the winter for a set of jumper cables, then find a willing "donor" and then try to get things lined up so that connections can be made (tough when only one vehicle will move) - this device is almost Harry Potterish.Not sure how long it will last but have had it a couple of years and it is as good as new

Overall amazing product but there is a pretty substantial design flaw. Pretty often I find myself turning off the led light because things got shuffled around causing the light to turn on accidentally. Today I went to use the jump pack because I had a dead battery and the pack was completely dead, I’m assuming because the light had gotten turned on and been running for who knows how long. They need to redesign it so the power button is more protected or honestly get rid of the light entirely.But the jump pack has been amazing other than that, keep it charged and in my car at all times, first time I have had to use it on my car. I use it on strangers cars mostly. But always starts right up

Awesome jump starter
Used this to start a mercedes 280 that was sitting for 2 years during covid.Battery was dead and not recognized, used override and it jumped to life.Still cant believe it, great device.Plastic did chip off the clips as others have stated, but doesn’t seem to affect performance.

es la hostia, me fui de vacaciones, y me quede con 2 coches sin bateria. Un toyota rav hibrido, y un toyota fj cruiser (4.000 gasolina V6) . Los arranque a la primera, además es muy rápido para recargarse, y las pinzas supercomodas, os recomiendo comprar el cargador del mechero, porque así despues de arrancarlo recargar el mismo NOCO en el propio coche... Y por supuesto, la funda, que es una pasada.
