I purchased this item in October 2017 after trying several other products. I was interested in the lifetime warranty. I can tell you, it is a quality product. The netting is fine enough to gather a lot of small debris when using it to skim. It is super sturdy and I've pulled pounds of leaves off the bottom of the pool. I write this review after using it for 6 years and needing to replace it because the plastic around the net opening started to crack and I didn't want to scuff up my plaster. The netting is still going strong but the constant exposure to sun had caused the plastic to fade and crack and finally a piece broke off. The net is still functional but I just resurfaced my pool and didn't want to scratch the new plaster so I requested a replacement. I expected to have to send a photo or some documentation of the damage but No, easy warranty replacement and it came quickly. I highly recommend this product and noted today that the current price has only increased by $5 since 2017 - so well worth the money with a true lifetime warranty.

After using it 12 months a year for over 3 years, it developed a small tear in the netting. This was from scraping the bottom of the pool over and over. I contacted ProTuff since it has a lifetime warranty and they sent me a new some immediately. No hassles, just very good customer service. Any other products that they offer and I am needing, I will buy from them with confidence.This heavy duty pool net works very well, built well, and the company backs it up with a great warranty.

It's a pool net...It works exactly the way it is intended to work. It's very durable, bought this net in 2019 and was just noticing last week how faded the plastic was getting and how it was cracking a little. It's also starting to get some larger holes in the net. I remembered that they have a lifetime warranty so I thought to myself I'm going to have to check into that soon or just order a new one. The crazy thing is I just received an email from Protuff earlier today reminding me of the lifetime warranty and to use it. And they make this process so easy. No pictures no proof of purchase to submit, nothing. Granted as long as you register with your email when you first buy your net then they have your email address. So for the warranty you just enter your email address and hit submit and then they show your original order, which is how I knew I bought it in 2019. And you just provide your current address and submit the claim. No fees or shipping charges. Super easy. Highly recommend this company and their products. They don't just say lifetime warranty and then make you jump thru hoops to use it. I would give them 10 stars if I could. And no I don't work for them and I'm not being paid to write this. I'm just a super satisfied customer.

Every once in a while, you are taken aback by a supplier, and this is the case here. Not because the product is fantastic, durable, and works perfectly, but because they stand by their word "Lifetime Warranty"! Yes, it costs more than the usual cheap crappy pool net, but guess what? It's worth it. Mainly because it is so well made and heavy duty, but also because since buying my original one back in 2019, they have replaced it when it gets holes in the net! And not just once! They just sent me another replacement, no questions asked. I think so highly of their products and policies, that I just bought their pool brush. So, guess what? Their policy works! I'm sold on ANY product this company carries, period!If you want to buy the best pool products, and know that they actually stand behind them, then just simply search for ProTuff Products, and don't waste your time with anyone else. Simply the best product, sales, and service.

Its been 4 years since my original purchase, and i need to leave this review Don't let the price discourage you. The warranty is REAL and filing a claim is super easy. My first skimmer net lasted 4 years. This year the red plastic finally wore and broke off. I filed a claim and received a new net in 4 days. Awesome quality and customer service. I would buy again IF I have another pool at another location, but with their lifetime warranty, I don't need to buy another one for curreny pool.

I used to go through about one net a year because they would just die and fall apart in the pool conditions… Or it would just rust out and eventually snap. I eventually found Pro-Tuff products and I bought this back in 2022 and it is still perfect-The red plastic has faded a little but that’s because I just leave it outside all the time. It’s still in great shape.The net is very sturdy and still catches everything. It’s easy to clean and a must for a pool owner. I think this is a great investment and honestly you can’t beat a lifetime warranty… Who gives you that anymore? This is a worthy investment. You won’t be sorry.
Solid construction
I purchased two of these... One for myself and one as a gift... With the hope of not having to consistently replace my skimmer net. The other ones sold on Bolo just do not hold up more than one season if I'm lucky. I'm almost one season in now with the Tuff Products net and it's just like brand new. And I also have the confidence that if anything actually ever did happen, that their lifetime warranty will hold true. Good job guys... Solid product!
High quality product but I got a damaged piece
Pool Silt Net - ProTuff
Overall this skimmer net works great. I like the fact that it is clear so that you can see leaves and debris floating underneath the water. My previous skimmer net was white and I found it harder to capture this type if material. It also glides through the water with medium resistance, which is good based on the small size of the openings in the net (i.e. for silt). I also find their warranty very impressive. The only negative comment is that I find the depth of the net to be a little small. This means you have to empty it more often. If you try to collect too much debris it just spills over into the pool. Another 2"-3" would be ideal.

I purchased the expensive pool net, seemed great until the stitching started coming out and the net started coming apart, only used it maybe 5 times, very disappointed, And they don't Honor there warranty, it's a scam, very upset 😡 waste of money
