I got it due to availability. I mean if you think salt is different you're kidding yourself. Crystal size and iodized, those are the differences. Don't spend more on salt. While we're on the subject use iodized salt. It's there for a reason. You gonna drink iodine every day? No. Well that's how you get thyroid problems and goiters . You want goiters? Cuz that's how you get goiters.

Great salt
Good salt, has iodine, its not too fine, almost like kosher salt, which I like a lot. Container is convenient and it hasn't caked up so far, at this price no reason to get anything else!

This salt is almost like cracked salt. Crunches on food. Cooking is ok. Expensive but nice size container.
