I decided to try improving my hydration after reading just drinking water wasn't really a good hydration technique. Every time I get put in the hospital the doctors tell me I'm dehydrated even though I drink plenty of water. So I did a little research on-line and decided on Ultima. I am not in good health and I end up in the hospital a lot. After starting the Ultima drinks everyday, I ended up in the ER again, from my illness not the Ultima. Anyway, it's the first time the doctors told me my hydration was good. Electrolytes were normal. I said, "it works". I didn't really know. Now I do. So for this reason I recommend this product because I know for a medical fact, Ultima improved my hydration. It tastes OK, a little sweet for my liking but I can put up with it once a day because of the results I've seen.

I have never purchased any electrolyte replacement product besides Gatorade Zero. I looked at the products that are available locally. None had as many electrolytes as Ultima. They mainly had sodium. I don’t need a drink for that. 😂 I also don’t need anything to make me drink more. I have the opposite problem. 😂 I was having horrific leg/foot cramps before I started drinking Ultima. I started drinking this EVERY day & the cramps have all but stopped! The sugar-free is great for me as I am diabetic. I also love the variety of flavors. As for the taste, I tend to like strong flavors. Consequently, the taste was a bit weak for me. So, instead of mixing it with 16 oz. H2O, I mix it with only 12 oz. That did the trick! I haven’t done it yet, but I’m sure that these would also be good mixed with Club Soda. I will definitely be buying this again!

I really like all that these are not too sweet and they also aren’t salty. They really hydrate me and have the necessary ingredients to balance my electrolytes. I use about 16oz of water. They are not bad for the price although I wish the bags came in 30 day supply for easy monthly consumption and purchase. Individual packages make it easy to take on the go and I like all the flavors as well.

When I'm on my feet, I frequently forget to take sips of water. These are a very quick way to slug down a pint of water and not even feel it. Very tasty, and NONE of the gag- reflex that other electrolyte mixes gave me. [Coughdrbergcough] These are not cheap, but I can easily flavor 16-20 ounces with one packet, and the packets are so travel size that they go everywhere with me. (They saved me on a long sunshine- drenched car trip this summer.) Highly recommend.

I normally do not like any hydration packs. I hate a salty taste. These are delicious. I drink them happily rather than just having to get them down they are like a treat!Of the flavors in this packOrange - didn't care for this one but honestly that is my preference. I am not fond of the orange flavors in general. My husband liked it and said it was like Tang.Grape - very good. Tasted like a grape koolaid.Raspberry - very strong flavor. Probably my 2nd favorite.Lemon - STRONG. A little bitter. After the first sip I got more used to it but I would say this is my least favorite (other than orange).Cherry Pomegranate - #1! I loved it. This is my top pick and I am ordering a pack of just this flavor.

I work a lot of trade shows, which means long hours on my feet those days, and it always seems hard to ensure you’re drinking enough water when you’re traveling. Bought these to drink before bed to try to keep the nighttime leg cramps away, and they work great! Taste good, too, and with 0 calories unlike Liquid IV -

I already use the Ultima Replenisher in the larger 90 uses size and was expecting these to taste the same. These taste a little different, not bad, just different. I still appreciate the lack of aftertaste as compared to other electrolyte mixes.I'm not sure if the flavor formulas are the same as the larger bulk sizes. They seem different to me. One huge downside for me is the cost difference compared to bulk. These are double the cost per serving. That's quite a premium for convenience so I will only be using this while traveling.
Small pouch and no returns Very expensive
$55 for 20 little packets ,a small pouch came. When I realized the mistake, it says not returnable.
