One week insomnia magnesium glycinate 100mg review.*A full dose on the bottle is 200mg (two pills) and up to 500mg is recommended online but I’m not sure I want to take that much of any supplement. Sticking with my 100mg (one pill) dose for now.It does not help me fall asleep at all. It takes 2-3 hours on average to fall asleep. No phone. BUT once I’m asleep I’m out dude. I’m not getting up to pee, I go back to sleep if my dogs wake me up. I’m sleeping past my normal 3 am wake up with anxiety hour!!! I haven’t woken up at 3 am once. That’s truly incredible. Even if I don’t fall asleep until midnight or 1am I’m sleeping in until 7 with full uninterrupted sleep. That’s amazing. I’ve never been able to just fall back asleep before. This is a huge insomnia win.No groggy feeling in the morning.Some people report stomach issues but I’m not having any change in BM. Probably because I take such a tiny amount and Magnesium citrate is usually the poo supplement so I think I’m good.It allegedly has hormone balancing benefits as well. I’m going through infertility with a PCOS diagnosis and this is a pregnancy safe supplement so I’m optimistic in that regard.I will continue to take it nightly and report back with any new findings.

I needed this vitamin in my diet due to my medication. Many supermarkets do not carry these in stock. I was glad to find it on Bolo. It was also at a reasonable price.I will purchase again.
