As someone with rosacea (type 1) and very sensitive, dry skin, what I like most about this moisturizer is what's NOT in it. I want moisturizer that simply moisturizes my skin, without any fancy add-ons that my skin can't tolerate. I've been amazed at how hard it is to find an effective moisturizer that's not stuffed with fragrance, essential oils, botanical extracts, hyaluronic acid, niacinamide, and other ingredients my skin can't tolerate. Enter this little gem. It makes my skin feel so soft and smoothe, but without any irritating ingredients. Yes, it is a bit pricey for the amount, but worth it for me and they have sales frequently. I will say that it is not quite moisturizing enough on its own for my dry skin (I know they have a balm version, but it has shea butter and that makes my skin break out if I use too much of it), so I layer an occlusive sunscreen on top of it in the AM, and I use their barrier cream (Cicafalte) on top in the PM, and it's perfect. Since this product has such a simple ingredient list, it's also great to use with actives (I currently have a prescription rosacea cream that includes azelaic acid). I will definitely be ordering more of this in the future!

Not too thick or heavy but very moisturizing, would definitely recommend wearing this before bed to wake up with perfectly smooth skin. My skin is extremely sensitive, even sunscreen and “sensitive skin” moisturizers usually break me out in hives, but not once has this ever irritated my skin. Bought two months ago and just ran out, used every day, definitely buying again. Worth the money!

I have recently been trialing some lotions & creams, my skin has become more sensitive. This is it, for me! I have a few red spots on face, I put on & no burning, not greasy, my red patches look better with ist application. I have tried luxurious products, more than double this price, so I think I've found what works for fair skin very dry patches, & red blotches, so I feel the price is not too bad. My skin feels absolutely soft. Non scented,I only used a small amount--pea sized, plenty for me, I hope it continues to manage my skin!

I’ve been using this for 9mo. I have extremely sensitive skin and I’m allergic to dimethicone and acrylates & very sensitive to fragrance.This works really well, is very moisturizing and soothing and absorbs quickly. It is also fragrance free. I do feel the price point is high however- I alternate between this when my skin needs some extra attention and byoma’s moisturizing gel cream. I think I would repurchase

This is the holy grail for me as someone with sensitive skin and a damaged moisture barrier. This is the only product that not only is it non irritating to the skin but it actually soothes skin that is already irritated

Finally! A lotion with very little to no fragrance for my sensitive skin! I have struggled to find something lightweight that also moisturize as well PLUS doesn’t irritate my allergies. I have this on subscription, because when I run out my face breaks out again.
Heavy, thick, long lasting moisturizer
Very good, unscented and sensitive moisturizer. I have oily skin so it was too heavy of a moisturizer for me. Gave it as a gift to my mom who has very dry sensitive skin. Good product 👍

Vorweg: ich habe rosacea. Da diese creme Rötungen reduzieren und bei rosacea gut verträglich sein soll, nimmt man vielleicht an, die Creme würde rosacea mindern.Da habe ich die Erwartungen direkt runtergeschraubt, ist schließlich kein medizinisches Produkt. Ob leichte Rötungen bei gesunder Haut reduziert werden würden, kann ich leider nicht beantworten.Aber: Ich würde meiner Haut gerne ab und zu trotzdem Feuchtigkeit zuführen und das Erscheinungsbild ein bisschen glätten und erfrischen. Das ist eigentlich ein Ding der Unmöglichkeit & ich pflege einfach gar nicht . Ich weiß nicht wie viele Cremes ich schon weggeworfen habe, die für empfindliche Haut geeignet sein sollten oder „clean“.Immer spannen, brennen, Hitzestau, oder zu schwer & doch zu überpflegt und nach ein paar Tagen kamen noch mehr Pickel.Ich habe diese Creme jetzt ein paar Tage benutzt und wage mal zu feiern :) Sie ist Ultra angenehm auf der Haut, total weich und leicht, nicht zu schwer, zieht gut ein, hinterlässt ein entspanntes Gefühl und absolut nichts anderes. Die Rötungen werden zumindest nicht stärker und das ist für mich schon viel wert!Auch wenn sie nicht ganz günstig ist- Ich bin happy dass ich endlich etwas habe, das ich nehmen kann und hoffe, man ändert da nicht wieder was am Produkt!
