**update**They did reach out and made it right, they sent me a replacement at no cost to me, great customer service!**old post before update”Per the package instructions I would only charge the razor for 2-3 hours at a time. But the battery can no longer hold any sort of charge and will refuse to power on. Don’t buy the manscapped razor if you want it to last more than a few months. Never again!!!!

This is one of the best investments I’ve done in a while. I’ve used a Walmart trimmer that I bought for $40 for the last year and a half, and it gave out on me. Here I am in Mar/22/2022, and I bought this and I can say I don’t regret it one bit. Costed quite a bit more compared to the $40, but it didn’t disappoint. If I had to compare to my old one, this is an upgrade for sure. Great product in my opinion. Here are some pro’s and con’s, but the con’s aren’t even that bad.Pro’s:Easy to useClean cutsSafe protection on sensitive areasLong battery life with cordless charging dockLED lights to help hard to see placesCons:Not much trimmers to work withTakes a while to clean out hair, little brushes doesn’t do muchNOTE: This is from my own personal experience, but I see a lot of reviews saying, “This doesn’t protect my genitals” or “This product is a lie! It nicks me every time!”. While I cannot speak for them, I will say that if you use it improperly, yes it will, but while I was being safe and careful, I started to have more confidence after how many times I thought I would nick it, just like I would with my old razor. Finished in half the time I would with my old one. This product DOES protect the sensitive areas, but if used improperly, then of course it’s gonna happen. I say look up your own info on how to protect yourself, but I can confidently say that this product lives up to its name. Definitely worth it. Hope this helps anybody for an honest review!

I bought as a BDay present to myself. I have heard the reviews, commercials, and just needed to buy one. This is a great product, well built, quiet, enough accessories and does the job it says it will do. I use this on my face and other "areas" without any cuts. UPDATE: I retrieve what I said previously and give it back it’s 5 stars. I contacted customer service and found out that the new travel lock protects the trimmer from accidentally turning on while in transit. To control the travel lock, the trimmer must be off and then rapidly click the power button three times to engage or disengage. The battery wasn’t dead after all.PRIMARY REVIEW: I’m very disappointed in this. It stopped charging and working after less than 6 months using it no more than one a month. I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing it because a lot of people complained about the same thing.

A bit on the expensive side even on prime days... be careful that travel lock is not engaged or it won't start. Press power button 3 times quickly and travel lock will disengage.
