Hi All! I wanted to put led strip lights to my 3x4 book shelf. However challenge was I had to split the connection (T joint) at couple of places. I have ordered 20 packs and other competitor package (12$) just to make sure I have back up plan.I was amazed to find out that this item worked perfectly for me and I am returning competitor product. I would highly recommend this item to anyone.-VVV
5.0 out of 5 stars Solderless Connectors for LED Strips
I used this product to connect my Daybetter LED Strip and create an L connection to make a cleaner turn on my wall.Overall they worked well but there is a learning curve.Things to Note:Make sure to push the LED Strip all the way into the connector, if you don't the strips may not light up or it will show a different color.Test as you go! After connecting, plug in the LED strip to make sure the colors match and the power is passing through.The white connecters are pretty difficult to open, so make sure to have them ready before installation to have an easier time.Make sure to connect the + side of your light strip, the colors don't necessarily have to match up with the writing on the connectors as mine didn't and they turned out fine. As long as the plusses match up they will work.

So this may have nothing to do with the product but I realize the lettering on the strips and the lettering on the connector don’t match up. The connector may say 12+RGB but on the strip it’s say like 12+GBR or something like that. Don’t have it in front of me to confirm right now. Once I install I’ll come back and change my 4 rating to a 5 but if it doesn’t work I’d have to drop the score because it doesn’t specify what type of lights it would need to work

Everything was good but it didn't work. Found out after that if you cut the strip it will not work. So I'm left wondering what's the point.
3.0 out of 5 stars Finicky, but worked eventually
They work, but the ones I used were somewhat finicky. I made sure that the + sign was matched up on both sides of the connector, but did have trouble with the attached led strip either lighting up or being the same color.The issue seemed to be pressure. When I would snap the connector shut, everything seemed ok, but the instant I took my fingers off, the added strip would switch colors. I ended up putting some of the sticky backing behind the end of the led strip that was in the connector to add a little more pressure. Worked and had been working like that for a week now. Hope it stays that way.

I have never used a set of LED connectors this poorly manufactured. I work with many LED light systems and this set of connectors was by far the worst. Specifically, the T/L junctions. The metal "clamps" that are there to bridge the connection are set so low into the channel that it's pretty much IMPOSSIBLE to slide the cut LED strip underneath without irreparably marring the led strip or bending the metal clamps up to get it under there, which of course did not work either. It seems to me that you cannot use LED lights with adhesive backing in tandem with this product. This was the most frustrating issue I've ever faced with custom lighting and I basically gave up on the ambition to re-light my office for a few weeks because of how aggravating this was, especially since I probably ruined 4-5 feet of LED strip just trying to get 1 single corner piece set up. Maybe you'll have a better experience. I certainly hope so, this made me consider just buying a stupid lamp instead of doing something fun like I wanted.

The double-sided nature of these make them easier to use. The pins in the connectors are built/bent well, enabling you to slide the led strip underneath while having a good snug fit with great connection. I purchased a different set from another company and they were horrible! I highly recommend this set.

I was a bit confused at first but the latches were just a bit hard to get the strip into, but once it comes it's good to go.The latches are very sturdy and actually hold the strips in nicely. The T junctions are actually sturdier that I thought, I'm very pleased with the final result!
As advertised!
I got these before installing a light strip in my kid's room. These worked great in the corners (lay out your strip with masking tape to lineup the corners before cutting). I also out a "T" in the middle so I can run a wire extension into his closet, allowing us to run off the same circuit!2 tips: Make sure you have the right orientation on the "T" before cutting into an "L". These are double-sided and orientation matters. I wasted one but can use it for a left-hand corner in the future. Also, leave the backing on the light strip before inserting into the connectors. If the backing is off it makes it much harder to insert the light strip as it's sticky. It was a breeze to install once I did these.
