This is an excellent fry skillet. Used it to make pancakes and it performed better than expected. Heat distribution was great which made for perfect pancakes, and it cleaned very easily with just hot water and a little soap on a sponge. Just following the directions on the sticker for use an care will help this skillet to last for a long time. But it was an ordeal trying to get it.After ordering it and a few days later receiving notification that it was delivered, went to the door and it wasn't there. After waiting 24 hours based on instructions from Bolo, it still didn't show up. So asked and was granted a refund while putting in an order again for the skillet. A few days later, it showed up (this time) at the door but upon unpacking it was found to be smashed on one side. So contacted Bolo, ordered a replacement, and then returned the damaged skillet via Bolo returns with Kohl's. The replacement was delivered to our door the other day in good condition and as stated above, performed admirably, hence the 5-star rating which also covers Bolo's customer service. As for the shipping debacle...which was on the postal service...3 stars.

I've purchased 3 of these pans in the past year. They work well when they're brand new, but they wear out quickly after daily use for a few months. I only cooked over medium heat, I only hand washed, I used plenty of butter and oil, etc.Also, the white cooking surface is cute at first, but it stains very easily. Each pan had black splotches (mostly from frying onions) that were impossible to remove. Because of the delicate surface, you can't scrub too vigorously. It's an impossible balance between keeping it stain- and sludge-free and not ruining the thin nonstick layer.These pans are pretty cheap and look nice, but they're not worth it in the long term. You'll be lucky to get 1 year of use from one.

The pan arrived with a small warp on one edge. It cooks very well and cleans up easily. However, the porcelain surface inside the pan is very fragile. The smallest lightest touch to the surface causes nicks to form. Not sure how long the pan will actually hold up. There are several nicks on the inside with careful and light use.

Great brand for ceramic cooking. So much healthier than Tfall (Teflon). It is lightweight, cooks evenly and heats up quickly. I have the whole set and I love every piece. You need to use wood or silicone cookware.. or you will scratch the ceramic .. dishwasher safe too . It's the best!

I wanted to wait 30 days before posting a review. I use it for breakfast meats, eggs and sautéing vegetables, nothing requiring high heating. You won’t know this until it arrives as I did not remember seeing the warnings in the description.When using butter my eggs slide out easy. Medium heat works best for bacon, sausage, hash browns etc. Don’t use harsh chemicals or scrubbers to clean. I immediately rinse with warm water, mild dish soap and soft sponge. Only use soft rubber like utensils and I also use wooden utensils. My picture shows after 30 days of continuous use and it looks like new. No Oven!

Very good frypan
I had a Green Pan frypan for many years and finally had to replace it. I tried one or two other brands but for the price I prefer this one. This pan seems to wash easily and I’m pleased with the results.
Great quality Pan
I love these. This is my second one. Very good quality. Just treat is with respect. Don't over heat the pan and don't scratch it.

Hervorragende Keramik Bratpfanne. Ich bin begeistert von der Antihaftbeschichtung, es haftet absolut nichts an. Hitzeverteilung optimal. Habe mir einen Satz von drei Pfannen gekauft. Sehr empfehlenswert.Tipp: nicht überhitzen, sondern nur bei mittlerer Hitze braten. Leicht zu reinigen, nur mit Wasser, ausspülen!Sehr empfehlenswert!!!
