I’m a BIG coffee lover and I like trying out different coffees. Came across this brand one day. After drinking it all week, I thought I had to write a review. The minute I opened the package, I could smell the wonderful coffee aroma. The beans look fresh and well-roasted. The taste is just superb WITHOUT any burnt, bitter aftertaste. I tried making espresso, americano, and latte and they all taste great! Now I found my new favorite morning coffee brew!

I use a drip coffee machine and like trying different types. I would like to try this in an espresso machine as well as this is a darker roast. The aroma of the coffee was good and seemed like a good quality bean. Will order again.

酸味の少ない甘い豆
カフェポッドをやめて自分で豆を挽く事にして最初に購入したのはQuito社の豆1kg、香りが凄くて個室に置いてたらなかなか寝付けなかった。1人では1kgは多いし飲みきれない。そこで250gにしてmusetti 社のevoluzione を試した。最初は大丈夫だったがエチオピア産も使用されており酸味が少しあり鮮度は普通でほんの少し劣化し始めたら飲む気がせずこれも飲みきれなかった。久しぶりにBoloでレビューもよく面白そうなこの豆を見つけ、手に入れてみた。同じアラビカ100%だがブラジル、コロンビア産だから酸味は薄く、ローストに因る苦く甘い香りを強く感じた。鮮度も良かったし今度は飲みきれそう。ただ昔、自分は店で飲まないのだが表参道のlavazza の前で充満していた蠱惑的な香りにも惹かれたのでそういった豆も探してみたい。
