Very nice coat we bought a bunch of coats for 4 teenage boys to pick what size fit best and what style and color they liked! This was a great coat very warm just didn’t fit our needs but amazing price would recommend!

I was very skeptical about this brand since I never really heard of it but I went ahead and tried it. I like the material. It is warm and comfortable to wear. It is water resistant but make sure you have the hood on or it gets wet from the top part easily. I love the storage compartments. It's easy to put my phone in and wallet inside the coat. It didn't slide out easily but it looks like it might if you jostle it hard enough. If I have any issues I'll comeBack and add to the review but for now it's a great coat!

I have a ski jacket that is over twenty years old and still in pretty good shape. It has served me well. However it is time to replace it. When purchased this jacket cost around $200 and included what was, at the time, hi-tek design and materials (in todays dollar that would mean more than doubling the price). .I just received this new jacket costing around $40 (Bolo deal). Having used it once, I am most impressed.First, some comparisons to my old jacket: both jackets are well designed. Seams are all straight and tight. Its length (I was a bit concerned about this as the seller did not provide dimension information) is perfect hanging just below the hips. While my old jacket had velcro wrist bands, the new one improves on how they are used and avoids inner materials from bunching.The jacket has an internal set of snaps with a snow band to keep warm air inside the chest area and snow out when in deep snow or when one falls. The design allows for a loose or tube fit or a way to have a form fitting wear. I also noted that this new jacket is noticeably lighter than my old oneThe materials and design allow for heat retention, even in windy conditions, probably down to the sub teens and significant wind.My old jacket pre-dates smart phones and electronically sensitive ski passes. The new one has all the pockets I need to store phones, passes, ear buds, gloves and other items and still look good.Given the price point, I am not taking off any stars for zippers. However, if the seller wants to improve this jacket that is where I would put a few extra bucks: better quality of zipper and a two way front panel zipper.Hope you all enjoy this coat as much as I will.

I was looking for a light but warm winter jacket, so I went with this one. It has sufficient pockets, zipper works well, hood attaches by zipper. The hem drawcord works well, this is nice feature to keep jacket close to the body. This jacket is exactly what I was looking for, its warm enough for 20 degree + or add another layer to stay warm if going to be still outside. If you're out being active, then this would be more than sufficient in less than 20 degrees.It does block wind, it does repel water/snow well. I saw comments in reviews about chemical smell, I did not experience this. I did wash it once & hung it to dry with no issues.My only issue was fit. Size charts listed were confusing, contradicting but based on one of the size charts & my measurements, I ordered an XL. This was too big! I returned it & tried again.I'm 5'8" 170 lbs, normal build. I was hesitant but went with a medium 2nd time around. The Medium fit perfect. Overall, I'm happy with purchase

I got this on a mega sale for 22 dollars and I couldn't be happier. It's warm and I love the extra elastic layer inside. The only downside are the zippers but just make sure that the one end is inside the zipper really good. That's the trick to cheap zippers, make sure they're really jammed in the slot before you start zipping.

Not his style of coat but we were going skiing for the 1st time. Great for upstate ny weather, great quality and comfortable with plenty of pockets. I think it looks great
5.0 out of 5 stars Warm, Hooded Coat With Five Zippered Pockets
Overall, I'm well pleased with this coat. It has five zippered pockets: two in the front, one on the right breast, one on the left sleeve, and one inside. All the pockets have zipper closures.The coat seems warm. In Kentucky winter weather with a low temperature in the 20s Fahrenheit and highs in the 30s or 40s I typically wear a t-shirt, flannel shirt, and coat. This coat and hood are warm enough to suit me for this type of weather.The coat zips up, but it also has velcro closures over the zippers. It also has a snap button at the bottom and one at the top. I enjoy having three ways of closing it.The coat seems waterproof. However, I typically carry an umbrella when it rains, so I haven't given it a tough test in the month or so I've had it.I like the bright green color I chose, which makes the coat easy to see. I hope this makes it safer in night and twilight.As I see it, the coat has two significant weaknesses. One is that it has a chemical smell. For lack of a better word, I'll call it a raincoat smell, since I bought a raincoat many years ago that had a similar smell. Washing the coat didn't appear to reduce the smell. But the smell is relatively minor to me. I don't smell it wearing the coat, but if I'm about a foot or so or less away from the main part of the coat while it hangs in the closet, I can smell it. Persons sensitive to smell might find it offensive, but I consider it minor.The other weakness from my perspective is that the hood to the coat has Velcro-type closure. I'd prefer a button that snaps, or better yet two buttons that snap and Velcro in addition. Sometimes the Velcro comes loose if I move my head sharply in certain directions.But overall I'm very pleased with the coat. I hope it serves me well for several years.

*UPDATE* if you are considering this jacket, make note of two key things. The material becomes VERY brittle in the cold and tears very easily. I have two tears in the sleeves after brushing past stone pillars in the cold. I did not LEAN or intentionally run my arm across the pillar, just a simple brushing of my arm as I walked past and a tear due to the material becoming VERY brittle in cold temperature. 2nd item of disappointment is after two years the zippers on the pockets now spread open and do not remain closed even if zipped up* Buyer beware...Okay, I have had this jacket for a couple days now and is worth giving a review. 1st of all, am VERY impressed that in 1 day the winter coat was here: Great work Bolo! Before I ordered I read other reviews & was concerned about ordering the correct size for me because I am 6'1", 210 lbs, wear a size 48 suit jacket and my waist is 34", & decided on the Xl. This winter coat fits nicely, does not hang off me like a bag (former winter coats), is warm enough, is long enough to keep certain mid area warm in a cold wind (wink wink), great amount of pockets, & I like how the front zipper is shielded by a flap with Velcro to hold back a wind to blow through the zipper teeth. My only 1 minor 'issue' if you can say that, is the sleeves are a bit tight. Meaning when wearing a sweat shirt or sweater and putting on this coat, my sleeves are bunched up past my elbow, and takes some 'negotiating' to get my sleeves back down properly without removing the coat. This price destroyed any local retailer and made it well worth it in my opinion.
