5.0 out of 5 stars Got it yesterday. Ants gone today!
Easy to use. Very effective. Doesn’t take much to solve the problem. I have had ants in my bathroom for over a month. I finally decided to try this bait after nothing else worked. Applied it after it arrived yesterday. Ants gone this morning! Very pleased—and I am relieved.

Most effective and easy to use way to eliminate ants.
4.0 out of 5 stars Seems to work pretty well
It takes a little time but seems to work well
5.0 out of 5 stars Works well when all else fails!
This is what the Pest Experts use, and is especially useful if you're uncertain as to where ants are coming in. You simply run the gel along any suspect woodwork and, with time, it eradicates the problem. If you know the point of entry, I would recommend the Terro Liquid Ant Baits - just put one in the right place and let the ants find it. As with Advion, at first it seems to attract ants, but patience is the key. They both take at least several days before the ants start to disappear. But then they are gone for good. I don't recommend sprays in the house, especially the kitchen, for obvious reasons, and they don't clear the problem - they just kill the ants you can see, and more will come!!
5.0 out of 5 stars Works well, be patient
Works better than all the other ant killers, definitely a last resort for stubborn ants. Its easy to apply (keep it safe from food and pets) and give it a day or two and it will wipe them out.
5.0 out of 5 stars Works better than the store bought stuff
I've tried the bait stuff from Terro and that worked initially, but eventually they kept coming back. I saw our local orkin using this stuff on our neighbor's house and that prompted me to buy this on Bolo.It worked a lot better than I thought it would. No ants after a week of use. I followed a youtube video that suggested placing several rice grain sized dabs in places where kids or pets cannot access, but these damned ants can.Wear gloves, you'll thank me later.
5.0 out of 5 stars Absolutely Gets The Job Done
Two days later: Activity dropped off so much that I began injecting small amounts of bait directly into the entrance(s) of the colony. My thinking was to force the few remaining ants to eat bait just to clear their access. As I went out this morning ... the entrances I plugged yesterday afternoon are still plugged. This would indicate to me there isn't enough of a living presence in the nest to maintain infrastructure. If no additional activity is noted a day from now, I will plug the holes with a liquid synthetic concrete and call it a day. The Sygenta product has just been incredibly effective.Last thought .. the product is reasonably affordable. Carpenter ants in a tree are no small matter. They will absolutely tear out the insides of a tree, leaving it to collapse in a storm or otherwise forcing you to spend the big $$ having it removed proactively. Fourteen bucks actually sounds like one of my better investments this year.=================================One picture's worth a thousand words -- or the LACK of it. Our maple tree has(d) a large carpenter ant colony that I couldn't get rid of using conventional spraying. Upon delivery, I was out applying the Sygenta product within minutes. After applying it to a major ant trail intersection, the carpenter ants "pounced" on it immediately, lining up shoulder-to-shoulder to feed. Several of them got so excited, they began rapidly bobbing their abdomens. Excitement? Others briefly fought "mates" for a feeding spot at the bait. Eventually about three dozen joined while a half dozen or so joined at each of four other locations on the tree. That's a lot of ants to "feed".Eighteen hours later, eighty percent of ant activity on the tree seems to be gone. Currently, I'm just baiting around their colony entrances as there just doesn't seem to be any other activity elsewhere on the tree.Overall, I'm really satisfied with the Sygenta product. And it didn't take a lot to get the job done; perhaps 25% of the tube. If I wrap it up tightly in plastic wrap & store the dispenser in a cool, dry place, I expect to have plenty to deal with the next infestation .. IF it occurs.
