I have been trying to find a good baby monitor for a while. This baby monitor is the best one I have found! First, this baby monitor made by the good quality of material. I dropped it to the floor a couple times during the setting up, but it was still fine, working perfectly. About the setting up, it was easy, the app is very user friendly, simple enough for grandparents to use it. Also, I love the design of this baby monitor, my older kid said it is so cute, looks like a little bird is watching a baby! Video quality is great especially during the night time. A lot of cool functions! Also, it is sensitive to detect the baby movement. The baby monitor is good for 24/7. I don’t have to watch my baby every second. When the baby cry, it notifies me right away. The price is affordable with the outstanding outcome! I will recommend this baby monitor to my family members and friends!

This is a FANTASTIC camera and if I had to buy it all over again I would in a heart beat!I love that it connects via WiFi and I can see my kid sleeping from anywhere! If dad is on duty and I am out running errands, I can look at the phone and still see him sleeping and hear exactly when he wakes. The sound quality is crystal clear. Easy to set up - even a total dummy can set it up. I mounted the camera on his crib when he was a baby and now I have it sitting on the dresser. The stand up base is a bit flimsy - but can be weighted down. Also they just added a new feature where you can minimize the screen and use other apps, while still seeing your child sleeping.The temperature and humidity alerts are so helpful. The rollover, covered face and cry alerts were also helpful when my child was a baby.The picture is crystal clear. It is in color when light filters from the window or when the lamp light is turned on and then switches to night mode gray scale when the room is dark.Their customer service is 💯 responsive and so helpful- gets back to you within a few hours at most. They handhold you through any trouble shooting ( which I only had to contact them last week with a question- not bad after 3 years) but their instructions were so detailed and spelled out so plainly with pictures.Communication is all done via the app and email - which is awesome because you can refer back to your conversation easily.This is the camera to get!Thank you Cubo - you have a great product!

When this thing works, it does what it's meant to do: keep an eye on the baby. But when it doesn't work, it is almost useless. We are currently using it as a glorified thermometer.Customer service is super responsive, but don't confuse responsive with "good" customer service. They do their best to drag things out. Case in point, I was on the verge of the 1 year warranty mark, when I contacted them with an issue to my unit. The unit would just not power up.I contacted customer service, and they do all these needless checks, (did you update the app, did you change original plug, did you restart wif, on and on and on). This led to countless back and forth emails, and by the time we ran thru all their checks, Cubo tried to get out of their warranty by saying that my warranty has run out.After much haggling, and trying to appeal to their human side, they promised a one time courtesy replacement. I was so relieved, only the joke was on me. The courtesy replacement unit was a faulty one (whether they do that on purpose is anybody's guess). It broke in 3 months. This time I get a connection is unstable error. I ended up giving up and just ordered a simple camera.If you are on the fence whether or not to buy this, look at other reviews that have complaints on them, trust those reviews. The failure rate of these units is incredibly high. It starts off as a great product, but then most likely fails, and just ends up being a waste. At best, you'll end up with a $200+ thermometer.

The media could not be loaded. This is a great baby monitor. The camera quality is amazing both during the day and at night. It plays music and noises to help baby sleep as well. Night vision is excellent and the monitor comes with a night light. Functions well, sends notifications immediately. Never had an issue with this. WiFi connectivity is great as well & customer service responds quickly. Easy to use. Overall, worth the buy.

Arrived in a cute box looked well designed. It was scary though when you opened it with all the parts like IKEA. Turned out ok because most of them are for the stand and it was easy to assemble.Image quality is awesome both day and night. This was the key reason we got it. Notification issue is a little annoying but it seems all others like Nanit have the same complaints too. Almost 1 week in and we haven’t run into the disconnection issue yet. So far so good.Another key point we chose Cubo is privacy / security. I understand that there is really no way to 100% protect any wifi connected device from hackers. Here I choose this one that features security and try not to be the “easy target.” Cloud server too. Seems Cubo works with legit cloud service company so it’s a plus. Wouldn’t pick anything that runs cloud server by themselves.

Only one mount usable
It's not possible to use all mounts without converting your setup everytime. This limits the possibilities when changing the monitor's location frequently. Other USB C cables are also not usable with this device. So i've returned my CuboAi and purchased an alternative

Ayant vue certains mauvais avis par rapport à la déconnection de la camera j’ai tout de même pris le produit et pour être honnête la caméra est excellente et le matériel est super quali ! Aucune déconnection Sûrement due à une très bonne connection, les notif sont juste ouf mon enfant est très bien détecter, le suivis des stats de sommeil et souvenir sont top. On peut re visionner toute la journée sur 24h. Seul bémols l’abonnement offert 1 an mais après il faut le payer si on veux continuer à avoir des souvenir et historique de sommeil. (Pas non plus obligatoire)De loin la meilleur camera pour bébé et surtout très belle qualité, sans parler des sons pour apaiser mon enfant.

ho preso questa telecamera per controllare la bimba quando dorme e gioca nella sua cameretta, si vede bene, ma purtroppo la telecamera rimane fissa, non ce modo di spostarla se non manualmente, il sensore per non scendere dal letto è abbastanza inutile ti avvisa solo quando non vede più la bimba nel letto e calcolando che è nato per i bimbi nel lettino vuol dire che ti avvisa solo dopo che hanno scavalcato, il sensore umidità e temperatura è comodo per saper i gradi nella stanza.. sicuramente è un buon prodotto ma non era quello che cercavo cosi ho fatto il reso.. ps prezzo decisamente alto
