Right from the start, the machine failed to operate as advertised, clogging. Calibration is off. Material does not move. Despite trying all suggested fixes and even spending an additional $200 on repairs, the issues persist.I raised the problem within the two-week window specified by Bolo's return policy, hoping for a quick resolution, but instead, I am left with no choice but to return the machine. I've also had to involve my credit card company to manage a dispute claim due to the unresolved problems.I would NOT recommend this product based on my experience. It has not only been a waste of time and money but also a significant source of frustration.

The media could not be loaded. You have to have the right sized paper . But it worth the money and gets the job done . Tutorial will be on you tube asap .Update the machine broke . We didn’t use it for a year so the warrant was up the company doesn’t have maintenance and will not help us . It’s is a set back on my business . And so frustrating

The media could not be loaded. Firstly, some parts came bent. secondly the instructions are useless. The words used on the manual do not appear on the machine. The machine turns on and the computer panel blinks. Trouble shoot states check the green wire - no green wire. Hold function button for 2.2 seconds. we tried every button as we do not have a function button on the machine.Called customer service who are asking for a machine part number. there is nothing on Bolo website, in the order nor on the machine. They promised to get a technical person to call me.... looks like I have to find a way of getting this back to Bolo for a refund!Update. it has now been two weeks and a technical person has not called. They are just forcing me to return the product.

First off I got the product installed don’t even bother reading the instructions it’s useless, hooked up the film roll messed with the temp for weeks and still can’t get it to seal up, the roller pulls the film down runs the film off track, the heat press burns right through the film, turn down the heat and it doesn’t heat up enough, ordered a USA film roll that helped the most but still can’t get it to stay on track, I’ve adjusted everything possible at least 50 times, called for help they told me to send a video, and they would have a tech call me, that was a year ago, so disappointed because I really need this to work.
