School has only been in session for about two weeks and my daughter’s new jacket looked horrible. I never buy products like these because I always think that the reviews are bogus. I gave in and bought this because my daughter loves this jacket. It arrived 20 minutes ago and I couldn’t wait to use it because I wanted to be able to say that I was right and not to buy products like this on line, but I am amazed. It worked so well it took off all the little fuzzies all over her jacket and was so simple to use. I can’t believe I never had one of these before and I’m sad at all the clothes that I threw away that could’ve been saved. I definitely would recommend this product. It pays for itself the first time you use it.

It’s a great little thing. It comes with a little bad abs extra blades, and a cleaning brush. It also works great!! I got that silver one and it looks nice

This is great value for what you pay. You get two replacement blades, a charging cable, a cleaning brush, and a bag for it.It doesn't work as quickly as I had hoped, but I've also never used one before so there's no real baseline that I'm referencing. It is compact and can travel well in a purse or suitcase if you need that.The battery cover pops off easily, so be careful about that. I might just tape mine down because I'm tired of having to press it shut so often. I think that it is rechargeable, so I am excited about that. I haven't tested that out yet.It seems sturdy for use, but maybe not the best to throw around in a purse or tote bag too much. It is mostly plastic, same for the screen, blades, and electronics.Overall a good buy, and it works great on removing pilling from my clothes. I'll have to figure out what to do regarding my looser knit sweaters, as it doesn't work too well on those.

I had carpet that was looking worn in just one spot. After about 20 minutes of working the carpet and shaving the pulled fibers, the carpet looks 90% new. For the price I'm impressed. It does as advertised.

Gathered all of my daughters hoodies that had been over run by lint balls from the dryer and put this bad boy to work! It definitely works. Takes a while but really depends on how bad the situation is. Saved so many hoodies for this fall!

This item is OK for the cost, and I have no major issues with it (i.e., I didn't return it). However, it has a few flaws that I think should be addressed. First of all, when holding/using the device, your fingers end up on the battery compartment cover, which is weakly secured and frequently comes loose due to finger contact during use. However, it's easy to re-seat the battery cover, which is a good thing since it comes off so easily. Next, the included documentation states that it can be powered directly using the included USB cable, which is a welcome feature. However, it also states that the voltage received should be no more than 5 volts, and the current received no more than 1 ampere. I own many USB power adapters, and of those *physically* compatible, they all are rated as outputting more than 5 volts and 1 amp--except for *one* old adapter I hadn't used in several years. It's possible that a power adapter would deliver the correct voltage and current *if* the fabric shaver can signal to the power adapter what its own limits are for voltage and current, however I'm assuming that's not the case since the warning was specifically given. Finally, the manual states that the battery should be removed before running the device from a USB power source. It should be relatively simple to disconnect the battery from the power circuitry when the switch is in the 'USB power' position, but since that's not the case, the user needs to remember to do that. In summary, this device works well enough, but it's not something I'd get for someone else to use. It's not just grab-and-go; you need to be careful about how you use it, so I suggest reading the manual before doing any fuzz-trimming with this item.

Very satisfied with this purchase! It genuinely makes my clothes look (and feel) new again. I have attached photos of the before and after of the first two pieces of clothing I used it on. The first example is a merino wool sweater with lots of pilling near the bottom (my boyfriend has been putting it in the dryer on a regular dry cycle - oops) and it took a little bit to fully remove it just because it was very tangled and all matted together- but the after really looks so much better. The other two photos are of a very well loved sweatshirt (as you can tell by the stains). I used this fabric shaver on it and it really has made it look so much better.In the box, this fabric shaver comes with the device itself (preloaded with a blade), two extra blades, a micro usb cable, a storage bag, and user manuals. If you want to use it wirelessly, you will need to have two AA batteries of your own. However, you can use it without batteries if you plug the cable from a power source into the device. I like this feature as I think it will help me save some batteries by being able to plug it in when I have access to an outlet, but I still like the versatility of being able to use it wirelessly in a pinch.The only critique I have for this product is that when I was using it, I found that the battery cover kept slipping off if I had my fingers wrapped around to the front of the device while I was using it. I did not have batteries in it at the time, so maybe that would be able to fix the issue. But I found I had to hold it in a slightly awkward manner to ensure that the battery cover would not come off.

This fuzz remover actually works ! One of my favorite pullovers had tons of fuzz balls and lint roller was worthless in removing them. It's been years since I've used the fuzz removers but they never worked so I almost didn't want to try again but I'm so glad I did. It definitely removes the fuzz balls. Buy it, you'll be happy with it. It beats trying to pick them off.
