I purchased this item to replace an old player that quit playing. I was happy with the previous one, and the exact player is still available for purchase today. However, I decided a rechargeable one was better than the AAA battery operated one that I have been so pleased with over the last 15 years.Boy, that was a great decision! I have been using the 32 GB AGPTEK MP3 player almost daily since purchase (10/2022) for about 8 hours each day. The size is perfect. It is big enough to see the screen clearly, but small enough to carry undetectable in my breast pocket or hand. The player is thin with curved edges and comfortable when carried in the hand. The sound is clear as a bell, and one charge lasts at least 4 days when used with wired earphones. (Using bluetooth earbuds or a bluetooth speaker was also great, but one charge lasts only about 2 days.) The radio feature is a plus and is crystal clear. I have encountered no reception problems. Loading new music is dummy proof and fast. I have loaded over 1000 songs and the player is not even half full yet. The main menu is clear and easy to understand and use. Navigating settings is a breeze, and music can be located by song title, album, artist, or genre.Of course, not everything about the player is great. If I start a playlist, the songs advance automatically, and there is a way to search for and see what is "now playing" on the screen. However, if looking at the playlist, the current song is not highlighted. The album/CD covers shown during playback rarely match up with the song that is playing. In fact, the picture seldom advances. (However, I can find the different album art and scroll through, so I know it is there.) What I dislike most about the player is that the artist name is not shown with the name of the song playing. If I could add one feature, I would make the screen a touch screen, but you can't have everything, especially at the affordable price I paid. This player definitely gets a five!!!

it works. and it was my mp3 player main for years. after all this i can note that while it may work with 256GB microSD cards, it could perhaps be the cause of DATA DRIVE CORRUPTION. it's not my fault i have a huge music library and 128GB just isn't enough. so i just put in a 256, which apparently it isn't rated for (???) too many media player companies go for data space that's just too low.otherwise, there are many functions and everything just works. the control keys are tactile (flat surface) and that can be very annoying because they are prone to activating when you don't want to (in your pocket for example) and also not working properly at all when they are wet.the product is a solid choice because it just works but even though it can take a bit of rain, keeping it dry is preferable

Works has it should. Holds a lot of music without using a SD card. Very easy to add songs to SD card them just put the card in player.
1.0 out of 5 stars Unusable User Interface and Screen - Avoid
You're probably looking at this because you like having control over your music library, and are willing to tolerate some quirks from an inexpensive device that gives you that control. You may even have some experience with other AGPTEK devices and think you can live with their poor UI choices - but in this case you're very wrong.AGPTEK has really hit a low here in utilizing this color screen, making it even more useless in any sort of light than their other products. The main screen has a bunch of identical monochrome icons, with the selected icon the same color as all the others, just about 2 pixels larger. Trying to navigate functions is like playing a puzzle game trying to see the slight difference in the selected item.When scrolling through lists of songs, the highlighted menu item is dark red text against a gray background, completely unreadable in anything but indoor low light viewing. You end up having to scroll away from the item you're interested in so that it's unselected, so that it can be read in normal white on black text.Don't think I'm just here to bash AGPTEK - I'm returning to using my trusty old AGPTEK A02. Not a great screen by any means, and kind of odd UI, but at least they have the sense to use black on white or white on black text so it can be navigated.Update:I had to pull this out again because my old AGPTEK A02 finally died. Within minutes I have to give up out of frustration. Do yourself a favor a search for a video review of this unit in action. If you can't read the selected item in the video, you won't be able to read it in real life either other than in perfect lighting. I'm kicking myself for not having returned this useless paperweight.
A wonderful upgrade to my previous players
This is my third unit and it is a marvel. Way superior to the previous two. I used my previous two so much that I literally wore them out. The first died when the battery would not recharge. Have since learned that you never ever let the battery go so low that it shuts off. The second one still works, but I ruined the earphone jack because of the way I was using it. Won't do that anymore. You need the wired headphone because it becomes the antenna for pulling in the FM radio stations. Does a great job of scanning in the local stations BTW.This new one just blew me away. It is a slightly larger size which is great for holding and looking at the screen. The sound quality is great and this little marvel works well with wired headphones and bluetooth. I was blown away by how far the bluetooth transmits the sound to my headphones. I left the player downstairs and walked around the house upstairs and everything came through loud and clear. That was a shock.Stll getting used to way the folders are set up for opening up the music files, so it will take a little while.The sound off my MP3 files is just nuts...sharp and clear and clean. This player also comes with several pre-sets for adjusting the sound for your music or you can adjust to hear the sound the way you like it, which is what I did.Indeed, I like this one so much that I am debating on ordering a second one.Recording off of FM radio and recording off of the built in speaker. These work just fine. For example, if there was a special program coming up on your local FM station and you wanted to record to hear later..boom simple easy. You could also download files (podcasts) and then load on to your micro card and insert the card to listen to the program later.So if you are looking for a nice playback devise for working out in the gym, taking a walk, mellowing out before hitting the sack and you do not want to use your cell phone....this is the answer.

Ce mp3 coche toutes les cases de ce que je recherchais !! Qualité de son, grande autonomie de batterie, grande capacité de mémoire. En Bluetooth mais aussi avec une prise auxiliaire. On peut également écouter la musique sans écouteurs ou enceinte, le son sort directement du mp3.Il est vendu avec câble d'alimentation, écouteurs + 4 mousses de rechange et un cordon "collier ". Pratique d'utilisation, les matériaux paraissent également de très bonne qualité.Merci au concepteur de ce mp3, qui permet d'écouter la musique à pleine balle, sans avoir besoin d'internet et surtout sans se faire harceler par la publicité omniprésente !!Et merci au vendeur de vendre ce genre de produit de forte qualité, en 2024 c'est un scoop!!
