I use these jars for my soudough starter and for making maraschino cherries. The glass is the right thickness and sturdy. It seals airtight and is easy to use as well as easy to clean. The jars are pretty too.

These jars are perfect for Sourdough Starter. They are very thick and sturdy and are a great value for the money compared to other brands. They are a large size, which is perfect for people who use sourdough regularly. The seal is a little tricky to get on the lid, but once it is on, it seals very well.

I bought these two Weck tulip jars for my sourdough starter and they’re perfect. They are easy to clean because of the wide mouth. I like the tulip shape because not having harsh corners helps with scraping the sides down after mixing. The lids on this jar is also interchangeable with my larger Weck jar, which is nice. The seal is effective when the rubber stopper is used. Worth the money for the sturdiness and ease of use.

I bought these in my new sourdough journey and I am obsessed. I love that the lid can sit loosely on the counter but also comes with clamps and the ability to close tightly for storage. The mouth is wide to accommodate stirring and dumping flour. The glass is thick and sturdy.

Great size for a sourdough starter, which is what I was using it for. One week in and I fumbled one of the lids, trying to place it on top (not the easiest with rubber in between) from counter level and it completely shattered all over the tile floor. Could be nice, just be careful and get some of the plastic lids for backup!

Nice but broken
Yeah, so the jars are really nice but they arrived cracked and broken so I would buy these in a store and carry them out to my car not online unless you’re feeling like taking a chance on having to return them like I did. I rated them five stars because the jars are amazing but obviously they were not useful for me being broken. Bolo was awesome though they refunded my money and I was able to find them elsewhere.
Dice "two jars" pero sólo llega una
La publicación dice que son dos frascos pero al final sólo llega uno. Hablé con servicio a clientes de Bolo y me dieron un cupón de 100 pesos ya que decidí no devolverla, sin embargo veo que todavía dice "two jars" y pues qué tremenda gatada. En cuanto al frasco, es de excelente calidad, lo puedes usar para fermentar cositas o simplemente guardarlas; es una gran alternativa a los mason jars ya que el aro naranjita de éstas es de hule y *reutilizable* al contrario de las mason. Verdaderamente un muy buen producto pero le doy cuatro estrellas porque el encabezado está mal.

Al parecer la descripción decía que eran dos tarros por el precio, sin embargo cuando llegaron solo le dieron uno, terrible servicio aunque los tarros de esta marca son de buena calidad
