This is a fantastic FM transmitter! It connected to my FM truck radio just fine and it was silent, which means the signal from the transmitter is excellent and solid. HOWEVER... When I started driving to work, another station was trying to horn in, so if you experience this, you need to drive around while a clear FM channel can be found with the Nulaxy unplugged. I also found the noise floor would come WAY up when playing tunes from a thumbdrive, ANOTHER hard lesson!...In all my years in radio and TV engineering, I've never seen that happen. To solve this, I just looked for another clear FM freq and voila, the noise floor stayed decently quiet.The bass and treble controls seem to have about a -5 to +5 dB range (just like the display says), not bad.Not sure if I'll use the bluetooth option so can't say if it's good, mediocre or terrible. I just wanted something besides my old cassette tapes to play in my 2000 Tacoma pickup, which BTW, the tape deck still works perfectly fine, good ol' Toyota quality, you know. Just wanted something a little more modern.And for those who think it doesn't have enough bass remember this...FM transmissions are supposed to be as flat across the audio spectrum as possible. Being the chief engineer for several radio and TV stations I know this to be true. Equalizing or coloring the audio is only supposed to be done after the signal is received, not before. You will note the Nulaxy only has a +/-5dB bass and treble range, which is MOST EXCELLENT for an FM transmitter that's suppose to output flat audio.

If you need BT connection and doesn't want to upgrade the system in the car this is the (almost) perfect solution.The FM transmiter is strong enough to properly transmit stereo sound without static or noise. BT connection is quick and reliable. The user interface is easy to use. Playing music from SD card or USB stick works fine and navigating the files and folders work good but have a passenger do the browsing while driving. The text is small.The audio volume is a bit low and I have it caranked almost all the way up and it still doesn't match regular FM stations. Sound quality is OK and in a car it is perfectly usable. I tried it on my main sound system and it is a bit thin compared to playing the same files via streaming on my local network. For this price I do not expect the D/A converter and FM transmitter to be of superior quality. In my car with a stock old and a bit crap speakers it works perfectly fine.It fits snuggly on the 12V outlet. it's actually a bit too tight as it pulls out the conector when removed (again, old car). I cut some of the rubber material off and it's better.I can recommend this product. For something <$25, you can't go wrong. Just know it's not an audiophile product with superb sound quality. It's good enough for most everyone with a modest stock car audio setup. With higher end system ( but still lacking BT connection) you migth find it borderline.

Very good qaulity and is easy to use. I gave it to my brother so he can listen to music off of his phone and it connects very easy. The lights are actually awesome and gives a bunch of information when using it. I seen this in stores for double the price so the price is great for the item.

Just bought myself an older model vehicle that didn't have a radio module that was easily replaceable. Would have cost me hundreds just to buy the kit and unit. (That doesn't include installation) This tuner cost me a fraction of a fraction and connects flawlessly. As soon as my car starts instantly auto connects and I'm off without a thought. Quick 1 button answering allows for ease of use for incoming calls. 5 of 5 for anyone looking for a savvy solution for hands free I'm their auto.

Overall, I do really like this, but there are few design flaws I have found that I would love to see corrected on a future model. First, the Pros:Sound quality is pretty good. It has Bass and Treble control, which is a little redundant since most car radios have that, but still it's a nice touch. It has presets also which is kind of cool.Bluetooth pairs easily and automatically connects when in range of your device.Looks cool, has a little animation that plays with music. Just don't let that distract you from driving lolNow the Cons:While audio is okay, if you have your phone on a car charger, there will be an audible high pitched buzz. I realize this is common when using aux or something from your phone while charging, but using a ground loop Isolator gets rid of this, so it would have been nice if they had that implemented so you don't have to hear that buzz.There isn't a way to choose device priority if you pair more than one phone. So if you pair more than one phone, it will auto connect to whichever it was last paired with. It'd be nice to choose a priority for it to connect to.While there is a power off button (hold the treble button), many cars (including mine) always allow power to pass through the car charger. Which means if you forget to turn off the bluetooth (which happens a lot), then it stays powered on indefinitely. While I haven't had issues with it running down my battery, I could see this being an issue if your car sits long enough. Another issue with this is as long as your phone is within range, it will automatically connect to the bluetooth even after you leave your car. So if you are in the yard or something near your car, it'll connect to the bluetooth.Lastly, the radio stations you can select start at 88.1. This is a huge oversight since most radio stations in the US start at 88.1. So when traveling out of state, what I found was no matter what station I had it on, eventually it would start picking up a local station and interfere. If they had started the bluetooth at 87.5 it would have worked much better since almost no radio stations are programmed to 87.5.Overall it's a nice device, but if I could do it again I would go with a little bit of a nicer bluetooth.

Very easy to set up, works and sounds amazing
Works well but only in the lower FM frequencies
I liked the interface, the fact that it does what it says it will do with pretty much no hiss or static playing my music from my Android phone on my BMW 740IL. I found 88.1 Mhz to work well for me because there are no FM radios there. Everybody will be different of course, but I could not get it to work at the other higher end of the FM range. Maybe because my car is so long and the FM antenna is so far back on the roof. Either way I didn't have to hack the i-bus as they say, so happy to keep my car stock. It would be nice if it had a on/off switch instead of having to pull it out everytime I park the car as my outlets are on at all time.

Es funktioniert alles. Sehr positiv. Das Gerät startet sofort, verbindet sich sofort, zeigt sinnvoll die Batteriespannung an, die Tonqualität ist sehr gut. Freisprechen funktioniert auch problemlos. So soll das sein. Das Display könnte hübscher sein, das bunte Balkengezappel ist eigentlich sinnlos, aber man muss ja nicht draufschauen. Ich habe leider einen kleinen Pfeifton der mit der Motordrehzahl hoch und runtergeht, das sind aber sicher Einstreuungen des PKW wofür das Gerät nichts kann. Empfehlung.
