I purchased several of these sets to go around a large whiteboard in my classroom. They are 8 feet long, so it took 4 to cover my large board. They do connect, so you only have one place to plug in. There is no "cord" to plug in, so you have to have a usb block or computer with usb very close to plug into. The colors are very bright and can be changed. I use the solid colors for noise levels in my classroom, but I can also make them alternate. My only complaint is that the remote doesn't work well. I have to press really hard and aim at one certain spot to make it work. Since I bought several sets, I tried other remotes and had the same issue with all of them. Overall, I like the lights and will use them even with the remote issue.

The media could not be loaded. These LED strips are good… for the price I paid.I built my own bed frame and then bought these LED strips to run within the frame.They do a good job for the application I chose to use them for.At the highest brightness, they are still dim enough in the middle of the night to not distract you.The remote control is a bit much tho.Too many buttonsIn the box you will find 2 spools of LED strips, a remote control, and a power outlet with 2 plugs. You have to run both LED strips off one plug.

We loved them and bought 2 sets to go in our RV. The one set they will come on in one color if I unplug from the control box they come back on in the one color again. If I unplug the socket from the wall they don't come on at all. I've tried to find a way to get info on replacement but nothing yet.
4.0 out of 5 stars Whacky- TV remote messed it up
So I did a staircase with the light set. Worked great at first. TV is near the staircase and the remote for the TV would affect the lights and change the color. Blocked off the sensor but the lights then would not change color. So ordered another one. Put that along the staircase and it was fine but it's very delicate and touched it with the piece of furniture and then the lights would no longer change color or respond to the remote color changer. Okay. So ordered a third set but the third set does not respond at all. Only one strand is blinking and one strand would not come on at all. Using a voltage sensor it showed that power was going through both strips but neither remote since we had the old one, would turn on the light strips and make the color respond. Just one strip blinking. If you get it unravel it and plug it in right away to make sure the whole unit operates. Unfortunately I had it sitting in the box and it is just past the return date because putting it up through a stairwell is kind of a pain so I put it off. On the upside it comes in two rolls so there was 25 ft going into directions which worked perfect to go up each side of a set of stairs and light it up very well. Now have to get something else. It's supposed to have a warranty so... Will find out about that.

Simple to install, worked perfectly out of the box. The remote has a lot of functions! Assuming they last for a while, this looks like a good value. Simple and inexpensive way to add some LED lights to my daughter's room.

These lights did not work for me at all. I put them up around my bedroom ceiling. After putting them up I turned them on but they didn't even turn on properly. The only way for them to stay on for me was to hold down the end of the lights and where they connect to the battery. And this is not good if I want to have them on as I do something else. And yes, I did read the instructions multiple times and double checked that everything was plugged in correctly. Also, when I pressed the button on the controller to blue, it changes to pink and yellow then other random colors. This was really weird. Then when I put up the lights, they stayed up for a little then started to not stick to the ceiling anymore. My ceiling was clean and had no dust an I dusted all of the spider webs and anything else it might not stick to away. The box was not damaged at all and came with all the parts. This is probably the only good things about these lights for me. I took them down now and I'm getting other ones of a different brand. If you want to buy these I would get another brand. Many other people said these were great and worked well but they definitely did not for me. If you don't want to risk this happening I'd find another better brand. Thank you for reading this review.

Se ven súper bien con las luces apagadas y encendidas, le da un cambio drástico a mi cocina.Ampliamente recomendadas.
