I see complaints about difficulty removing the plastic plugs that seal the bottles, but those are seriously overblown in my opinion. Yes, the plugs are tight because they're plugs that do their job sealing in the product without a single drop leaked. Removing the plug is simple enough as poking a knife through the top and levering it plug out. It's really not even worth mentioning as a complaint. I'm thoroughly pleased with the product; they smell great, look great, and surpassed every expectation.

Item arrived fine, no leaks. The plug is actually super easy to remove, you insert the tip of a small box cutter blade (in the box cutter), and slowly give a pry at an angle and the plug comes out slow and nice, no splashing or spilling any oil. The 3 scents I received are amazing! I started with 2 sticks in a bottle and could have done with 1 stick even and didn't really need to "flip a stick yet". I am using 1 bottle in a large open area and the other in a medium sized double sink bathroom with just 2 sticks in each bottle, scent immediately was aromatic. Overall, packing/product quality/scents 100% satisfied.

The presentation of this product is very nice. Keep in mind, even though the picture clearly shows the flowers, they are not included. This comes with bottles, oil and diffuser sticks only. The orange blossom and jasmine smell nice. I didn't care for the patchouli scent. It was pretty strong. With all that said, putting it in a bedroom was just too large of an area and even though I added extra reed sticks, I could not smell anything when walking into the room unless I literally had the bottle under my nose. I will give it the benefit of a doubt that this would work in a small bathroom. I have another brand in another bedroom but it is a larger bottle and that one works great and I can smell the scent every time I walk into the room so I think that makes a difference. Once I empty out all 3 bottles I plan to refill them all with the same scent and then spread them around the room and hopefully get a better result. Since the patchouli scent is so strong, that one may actually work by itself in the bedroom. We will see. I did reach out to the seller to complain about the flowers not being included and they said they would update their pictures on the website so that's good. They also issued a partial refund since I really disliked the Patchouli scent. So I give the seller 5 stars for customer service.

I really wanted to like this product, I love the smell but to be honest, the smell does not go anywhere, I literally have it in the smallest space and still cannot smell it, not sure if I am doing something wrong but have had it for 2 days and have flipped the reed sticks but the product is still useless. I can only smell it if I am putting my nose directly into the container.

I've now been using these scented oils for about 5 months, so I feel I can offer an educated review.PROS- Classy looking bottles and labels.- Decent oils. The scents are really nice for this price point, and there's a good variety. The amount in each bottle lasts me just the right length of time before I want to change scents.- Customer service. My first box arrived with leaking bottles, it was a mess of strong mixed scents lol, so I called the company's headquarters. The associate helping me was polite and understanding, and shipped out a free replacement box which arrived practically overnight.CON- The reeds included with these bottles don't work well - at all. I suffered through them for weeks, trying everything from moving the bottle's location around my home, to using more reeds, to flipping the reeds every few days, to allowing for room temps to rise and fall... but these reeds simply don't diffuse the oil enough for its scent to be detectable more than a few inches away from the bottle. I finally bought some well-reviewed 3rd party reeds (longer, 10" ones) and that did the trick! Much better.I hope that helps. This was my first experience with scented oil diffusing for my home. While I do like these oils, I plan to buy other brands once these run out.

This product was packaged beautifully. If I had been giving it as a gift I would be confident the recipient would have been impressed. But I couldn't hardly smell any of the bottles. I opened all 3 and put them in different rooms. Nothing. I finally put one in a small "toilet room" (toilet only room inside the master bath) and in that very small room, after the door had been closed I could finally detect a smell.I was gifted a similar product for the first time, which I took to my office. It had a beautiful scent that was VERY strong, so much so that I had to move it our of my office and into the lobby area. I'm been looking for something that fragrant since.This is not it.
