I thought this would be a good thing to drink for colonoscopy prep but after just a single sip I threw it out. It’s just too sickly sweet. Ick.

Everybody’s different, but this had a slight metallic taste to me. Mixed in some coconut water and made a smoothie, which made it much tastier.

The strawberry kiwi flavor is very sweet, but it saved me from being too hungry on clear liquid prep day. I appreciate that. It would be hard to drink on a regular basis and I am a sweet loving person. Great that Boost made clear liquid options.
