We use these ties when we dye our yarn. We bring the dye pots to no hotter than 140°, and we have never had a problem. We have bought them many times.

These are light-duty (max 18 lb tension). Small size and minimum radius under tension and UV resistance make these suitable for outdoor gear as end splicers for 3/32" diameter elastic cord assemblies. Shiny, reflective surface requires buffing with a rough emery pad to remove the shine (before use). Quantity of 1,000 pieces is a good amount that should last for several years for various projects.
