I buy alot of Anthonys products, the prices are always better than anyone else, and the quality is better . I make chocolate and this batch will go toward a 65% Fortunato #4 , from the peruvian Maranon river canyon , once thought to be extinct since 1916, a very special cacao bean. I needed good quality milk powder for this batch . The only complaint I have was the panic that I felt when O realizwd the milk was gluten free.... what did I do !! Will the taste be ok without Gluten ... after a few minutes it dawned on me MILK DOESN'T HAVE GLUTEN OF COURSE IT PKN GLUTEN FREE!!! That would be like me stating my chocolate is free of silicon dioxide , not sure what that is but its not in my chocolate and sounds good .

tastes like trash if you mix it with water, and tastes like a milkshake if you give up and go back to buying whole gallons, then mix the milk powder with whole milk to make wholier milk milkshakes. you find a milk powder that actually tastes good mixed with water and you let me know... somehow

I was not following instructions, and used less than suggested, but still, was impressed. The consistency is great, especially for my cereal. In fact, it worked very well with it as it did not steal away from it in terms of taste. I could taste the cereal, and just a hint of the milk, and it made my breakfast a whole new experience. Allergy-wise, usually, with dairy, I am bloated and itching like crazy. It is comforting to know that something like this can make a difference...

I really like milk baths. Usually take one a week.Like that I ‘m in control of how much milk powder is added to the bath water.

Love this product, it's very finely milled and high quality. I like to have a creamier coffee in the mornings and this is a perfect addition to making it more drinkable as well as adding some calcium/protein to my sips.
