This works so well with both my work Surface Pro and my personal Lenovo laptop. It is easy to setup, doesn’t take up a lot of space, and the carrying bag it comes with makes it perfect for travel. It grips both of my desks, and is sturdy. Plus, the price can’t be beat! I ordered a third for my son’s laptop!

I was looking for a solution to my portable monitor stand that came with said monitor was poorly designed. This fits all my other criteria. Build is sturdy, light weight, does work well enough to hold my monitor, could use a bit more stability in my opinion in the more upright positions. Overall those it is stable if you're not getting jostled too much.

This is pretty much the best you can get for the price.It has rubber lining to prevent scratching the laptop and is very adjustable in angle.Also, it doesn't feel flimsy and is not wobbly when laptop is on it.Best of all, it is compact when folded and comes with a carry pouch.I highly recommend this product.

When i got the package - it looks a little flimsy and cheap. But this works perfectly. Folds up small for easy travel, doesnt take up a lot of desk space. Fits the laptop easily. Does exactly what it needs to do.

works fantastic! seems like basically the smallest possible version of something like this. allows laptop to ventilate, unlike others. for my desk, i had to put this on a board game box to get it the correct night for video calls-- with a non-collapsable version i could have maybe used something smaller to support but for this, both legs need to be fully supported. worth the trade off to be able to fold for travel! simple and works well

My problem, to which I figured this product would be a solution, was that I was afraid my laptop would overheat without enough space between its underside and the part of the desk it sits on. That part of the desk has such a narrow depth that the feet of the laptop, which would normally provide a tiny amount of clearance, extend beyond the surface and so do not keep the underside of the laptop from directly contacting the surface, which blocks the venting of heat. I hear the fans ramping up, and I worry that the internals of my laptop may overheat and reduce its lifespan. I only wanted something to provide some gap beneath my laptop that is stable enough to keep my laptop from sliding or tipping off of it.This laptop riser is quite collapsible, so it would take up minimal space in a backpack, although I don't need it to. Setting it up, I see that it relies on gravity to keep it at its current angle of elevation. Momentarily reducing the weight pushing down on it will quickly release the pegs from the holes, and it will collapse. But if you're aware of that, you could avoid an accident.I was going to use it in one of its elevated positions, but it's not grippy enough to keep my laptop from sliding off, even at the lowest setting. I use it in its flat position, and it does provide the gap I wanted between my laptop and the desk. It could be that my laptop is too large for this riser to keep it elevated; I have a 15 inch laptop. Because I personally don't need it to do more than it does, I'm satisfied with it.

Overall great. It has a variety of choices of heights and degree and can be used for light laptops, ipad, or drawing board. I'm an illustrator and I use it for my ipad. It's great for the price and can hold very well. It is also very convenient: light and small when compact (you can fold it into a stick). It's not one of those big and heavy laptop or drawing board stand that can carry a lot of weight but it does its job.

Além de ter vindo na cor errada, o produto é de um plástico mole que não se sustenta nem sozinho, o computador fica bambo, inclinando para trás e não cabe direito. Definitivamente um dinheiro perdido.
portable & affordable - glad I bought it
I was skeptical of this product because of all the negative reviews and almost didn't buy it. So glad I did go through with the purchase. I don't have a proper desk setup at home and just use my kitchen table. It's very nice to use and has helped my neck and posture a lot for the few days I've used it (just got it the other day). It's way more durable than people let on... hasn't collapsed or moved an inch. I don't know what kinds of aggressive things people do with their laptop to cause that issue LOL. Just buy it, its affordable, adjustable, and all one could need. Cheers.
Im ersten Moment skeptisch
Als ich den Laptopständer ausgepackt habe, war ich von der Qualität und dem Material nicht wirklich überzeugt, es wirkte nicht sehr stabil. Nutze diesen nun seit einiger Zeit und bin voll zufrieden. Mein Notebook steht sicher und er ist super gut zum transportieren. Defintiv eine Weiterempfehlung.
