The plastic package around the individual packets of coffee mix was open and the packets were scattered in with other items in my delivery box. This does not seem like a food safe way to send things. Now I am wondering if it will be safe to use. Esoecially since in the same order I received a case of ginger ale that looked beaten up and used... and was taped up in one end... This does not inspire confidence... I won't order those items again.

I received this as a Christmas gift. I am a low carber and I'm always looking for treats that can make me feel like I'm not on a diet. Each packet is 4 grams of carbohydrates.Even though it's partially sweetened with Splenda, it doesn't have that bitter Splenda aftertaste that so many sugar-free drinks do. The cappuccino isn't very sweet, though, so if you're like me, you might want to add a splash of a sugar-free syrup. I use sugar-free french vanilla.What's great about this coffee is that, even in cold liquid, everything mixes well.I like to pour about a quarter of a cup of heavy cream, a splash of sugar-free French Vanilla, some ice, and then the packet all into a blender and grind for about 30 seconds. The consistency is almost milkshake-like. If you want to be really decadent, put some whip cream on top and frost your glass ahead of time.

This product tastes very good but I found it to be somewhat pricey for the amount received. Perhaps the price is due to individual packaging( which is understandable). If price is not a major concern for you and convenience is more important to you… then this product is perfect for you.

This chocolate drink is better than I ever expected. Compared to a name-brand chocolate syrup, the name-brand is filled with sugar and lacking in chocolate flavor. Caffe D'Vita is rich in flavor and you can add additional non-sugar sweetener if you prefer yours to be sweeter in taste.

This product tastes OK (not great but decent), but it has two main problems. First - the packaging is terrible. The 'tear notches' that are supposed to let you tear open the packages mostly do not exist (in my experience) so you need a good sharp knife or a pair of scissors to open them. Second (and worse) - the mix does NOT properly fully dissolve in hot water. No matter how much I stir it, it still leaves clumps floating on the top and often in the bottom of the cup as well. The visual result is a bit off-putting, almost looking like it has bugs floating in it (ick).
