I use this as a spot treatment, and it works great. It will dry your skin out, so it’s better to just put it directly on your acne instead of your whole face!

Have cystic acne and this is the only thing that works. I sleep with it at night and wash it in the morning.

I have used this product for years and when this was owned by PCA Skin it seemed to work better. Now this line is owned by Colgate and seems watered down and takes longer to work. I recommend a non-heavy hand and I put it in after moisturizer. I have sensitive skin. I have found another product that is much cheaper and seems to work better for me at this time.

I love PCA products, so this review is not against the quality of the product, but on not receiving what I ordered. Twice I have ordered the acne spot treatment, and twice I have received something other than the acne spot treatment. Meanwhile, the small planet that I have grown on my face, just keeps getting bigger. So frustrating!Again, nothing against the product or speedy delivery, which are both great!

I have super bad hormonal acne that typically treats well with salicylic acid products. This product burnt my nose and caused a rash aggressively under my eyes. It burns when you put it on like rubbing alcohol on a scab. Do not waste your money.
