I am very happy with my purchase. It is nice they sell a sampler pkg. so you can see which flavors you prefer. These bottles are good for about 2 times for 2 people depending on how much you put on.

There's plenty in these little bottles for a few sittings with pancakes or french toast. That's my mode of operation. Pancakes and french toast with maple syrup. While it's nice to pick up some local syrups when in season, for the rest of the year-round we all wonder what's going on inside those big bottles, especially when they're not kept in the fridge. No worries here. No mold will grow because you'll use it all up first.

This is a good trio to try out your options. I'd highly recommend the Bourbon Barrel Maple one. I couldn't really taste any vanilla in the Madagascar vanilla one.

This was purchased to be gifted alongside a mini waffle maker.But one weekend the in-laws are in town and announce they are making French toast. Yay! Everyone is ecstatic. We sit down to eat, only then discovering there is no syrup. Boo! Everyone looks at mom, the syrup whisperer. Luckily, I remembered, and was able to dismantle the bagged gift with little to no tissue paper fatalities, and provide not one, but three types of syrup for the waiting breakfast. Six people sampled all three flavors, each pronounced to be better than the one before. They are all delish. Yay!
