It didn't disappoint, it looks fantastic and it does a great job. I used to have a plastic one, the cheapest and best reviewed in the market, and of course the difference is noticeable. The water really boils and stays very hot for a long time.

The media could not be loaded. I like this tea kettle, it is beautiful and sturdy. It performs well, I use it several times a day to make my tea and boil water for cooking. It is easy to use and the weight clearly displays the quality. It is easy to clean and it is electric and has an auto shut off. The price was a bit on the higher side but it was still worth the buy. It is not noisy when it is boiling. I really recommend.

As a tea drinker, this is a must. Not sure why I used stovetop kettle for so many years. This kettle heats water much faster. I think I was concerned about size. It is on the tall side, but is not out of proportion, or take up that much room. Love the automatic shut off once comes to a full boil ( before I was racing to the stove). No need for a hot -pad. Pink covering protects your hands.The thermometer allows me to see the precise temp. Overall, super cute. If you frequently use a kettle it is worth the price

The kettle is beautifully made and seems very sturdy. Water boils very quickly and I have not had an issue with the handle feeling hot. The kettle arrived very well packaged in perfect condition. I’m very happy with the purchase.

I wanted to like this tea kettle because it is beautiful! However, I found it to be clunky from the beginning. The lid does not come on and off easily and scrapes, which is not a nice sensory thing for me. Also, the handle doesn't move, so it's hard to stream water into the kettle in order to boil. Additionally, it's hard to tell if you've reached the max fill line. That wasn't great. I've only had for one month and already it has started to rust which of course is the biggest deal break. :( I'm currently trying to return this.

Haden Vintage Electric Kettle
I love my Haden electric kettle. I love the vintage look/ design. This kettle has a window to show you how much water is inside. It is made of stainless steel , so it is completely non toxic. It holds 1.7 L of water. So convenient. Very special kettle.
Beautiful, Paint Chips Slightly
As other reviewers have noted, the paint does *slightly* chip. I've only noticed this around the top as the lid is metal without cushioning so taking it off and on creates pin-head sized chips in the pink. The other issue is the metal handle is above the kettle and gets *very* hot (I need an oven mitten to handle it after it boils). The placement is also unwieldy for pouring - only made worse by wearing a large mitten to protect your skin).I don't regret buying it. I knew these issues would exist before I bought it and accepted it because Pink!

The handle will burn you
The kettle works fine but if you grab the handle after it’s been holding hot water it will burn your hand.
