Purchased this product for my wife as suggested by our doctor. Bought the cherry flavor and i thought it was too sweet for my taste. I prefer the Gator Aid.

It's important to drink lots of water BUT not to the point where you lose electrolytes. I put 3 oz of this into a bottle of water and drink a few a day - a total of anywhere from 3-8 oz. This keeps me nice and hydrated without overdoing sodium levels - this has the right amount of all the electrolytes a person needs. I've had other electrolyte drinks but nothing compares to this one. I'm 65 now and need to ensure my body is running smoothly in hot weather as well as colder weather - during the summer this really helped and now with winter here I drink a little less but get enough to keep my engine running!

I’m one of those individuals who is terrible at drinking water consistently, and it always bites me in the arse when I find myself in direct sunlight, or doing any type of exercise. I’ve had to go to the ER for real bad dehydration after being in the sun and not drinking enough water. It’s something I’ve been trying to work on but it’s always a lifesaver to know that Pedialyte will also help. I am 100% sure that Pedialyte is worth the $ and it is very effective in rehydration after a long day. I definitely recommend this product to anyone who can relate to my experiences and my bad habits of not drinking enough water. It also tastes AMAZING. Also, I will note that everyone should not be put-off from buying just because it’s marketed towards infants. It is a life saver for all ages!!

Have a medical issue that causes dehydration so I keep Abbott's Pedialyte on hand. Been using this product since it came on the market and enjoy the many flavors available. Looking forward to having the frozen pops this summer.
