I've only used this once so far but I love it, it cleaned my hair very well but also left it very soft and shiny. I think I've finally found the perfect shampoo bar! I used this shampoo bar along with the Arvazallia Hydrating Argan Oil Hair Mask and then one drop of argan oil on my ends and mids afterwards while my hair was still wet and I swear my frizz is gone. The shampoo bar smells nice and paired with the conditioning mask the smell is amazing, very clean. I just bought 2 more bars so I have one as a backup and one to give to a friend so she can try it too! (The pic is from after sleeping, I just took my sleeping bonnet off and haven't even brushed my hair out yet)

After one use I know I will never go back to liquid shampoos. Just one use and my hair is softer, shinier and feels so clean. I used the castor oil, but will be trying other varieties. i am that pleased with this brand.

This shampoo bar smells good and makes my hair feel clean and soft. The split ends are reduced some and de-tangling is a a bit more manageable. The only drawback is that it did not lather up like it showed in the ads so I used more product than should have been needed.

I liked the fact that there’s no bottle. Easy to use. Produces a decent lather. I typically don’t use any conditioner and my hair was very soft and shiny without it.

I ordered the castor oil shampoo bar and rice water conditioner bar. I really like that the castor oil shampoo bar made my hair feel squeaky clean.As you can see the shampoo held together great. The conditioner kept falling apart in little pieces, and I would have to smush the bar together every time I used it. Probably at least 50% of the bar went down the drain in little pieces. The big pieces I would pick up off the shower floor and compress it back together again.My biggest complaint has been customer service. I have emailed the company twice and chatted with someone on their website since they don't have a telephone number so you can call customer service. The two emails have been ignored, and the person I chatted with said they would check into it and get right back with me the next day. I gave the person the dates of my emails. It has been over 2 weeks and I still have not heard anything from the company. If I'm going to spend my money on a product, I expect customer service to stand behind it.I would have given the shampoo a five-star, but since I got them both together, customer service for the shampoo is just as terrible as for the conditioner.

I left this same review for the conditioner but feel it only fair to share on the shampoo product.I read all the reviews and figured at the pricepoint, these may worth giving a chance. And I am SO glad I did! My hair is like new again! It's like someone else's hair in under a week of using these Kitsch products.Beforehand, my hair was dry and brittle and I tried different mainstream products to get it healthy. I don't color my hair, or use heating tools on it, so it shouldn't have looked as damaged and dry as it did.BUT NOW, in just a week, my long curly hair is so soft and shiny; it looks and feels nourished and healthy. I'm a lifelong customer now. The smell is nice and subtle, and actually keeps my hair smelling fresh for 2-3 days without a wash.

Definitely worked better than I expected. Relaxed hair type 4 with natural roots. Excellent lather, no residue. Cleans hair without drying. Less shedding noted after use. Doesn’t need much to create a great lather. Did not irritate my scalp or cause and dandruff.

Very impressed
Bar shampoos in the past made my hair dry. I switched because I’m trying to avoid hair loss and sodium laurel sulphate. Very surprised how well this one lathered up, smells nice. Just to test it I didn’t use any conditioner afterwards and I blow dried and straightened my hair and it is STILL shiny and soft.My scalp feels calm, very clean and not itchy.Can I just specify, I never thought I had any scalp discomfort until I’ve used this today and I realise now I’ve been over washing my hair because I’ve been feel irritated on my scalp for a while. I’ve only noticed this since using this bar that now I have 0 irritation to my scalp.Only criticism is I think the bar is a little small for the price. IF it lasts 100 washes then I will buy again.Overall though I’m impressed.
Great shampoo
This is a very nice shampoo. Hair feels great after use. Love the no plastic waste as well. Will be nice for travel as well as every day use at home.
Lathers well
Bar lathers well. A little drying, couldn't not use a conditioner of some kind. Doesn't irritate eczema scalp. Pricey for what it is. Smells good. Haven't noticed any less hair fallout yet, maybe you need to use it for longer.
